  I think this hotel recommended for you guys who want standart price You must know, the price never lied to you.. So if you want good and best room you must pay high price too.
  Why i say this place recommended, because this place very near from mall nagoya plaza,just have many little step you will be arrive in the mall.. And easy access for searching electronics, bag, parfums, drinks, etc. Nagoya city is center of Batam.

  Great room.The room was nicely decorated ,the room was also very clean,I did not even spot an ant.The Beds were very clean also the customer service was great,they were very kind and helpful.Now,the reason why i placed 4 stars and not 5 is because of the washroom,the bathub was dirty also the toilet.BUT OVERALL I DO RECOMMEND OTHERS TO VISIT THIS HOTEL.

  The road shoulder of the hotel was under construction which may cause us a fear to walk and as well dusty. But apart from that the hotel was clean, comfortable and cozy

  Ok for convenience to Shopping mall. Used to be good but now in run down condition.
  1. The lobby need to be spruced up. Please change the sofas ,torn and outdated design.
  2. Wifi signal not strong enough.
  3. Some rooms have low water pressure

  One of the oldest and still standing 3-star hotel in Batam. Some of the furnitures can be quite old and can be replaced (cue lobby sofas).
