Far from Batam Centre (30 mins drive), but the taxi service is reasonably priced. Breakfast selection is not bad, and service is pretty friendly. The beach activities area seemed quiet, though.

Nice view and ambience. The rooms are bit old however spacious and clean. Two things we felt bad are poor beach maintaince. the beach water is full of plastic wastes. second thing is the buffet lunch and dinner. we stayed for 2 night and 3 days. everyday it was same menu and all are Indonesian sea food items. for sea food lovers the buffet will be okay.

Love how big the resort is. Despite it being packed for Bajafash2018, there were areas to chill and not feel claustrophobic. Love that the GM is a lover of music and events. Highly recommended venue for a weekend chill or to stay as it's the nearest to palm springs golf.

Visited on 28/12/2017 and stayed one night . Nice place but I found no wifi in my room. Reported few times but nobody came and check. Then I went down to the front desk and informed. Latter one person came but could not solve. He went out to get his IT team but whole night did not come back. Poor customer service. There are few other better resort in that area. Food very expensive.

One of the resort in batam with beach view. Suitable for couples looking for romantic places and family with kids as well. Batam view beach resort are offering many sea sports, and other activities as well. Good for people looking for activities around resort.

It's a wonderful resort at a decent price. There are beach activities too, and some amazing places to take pictures! The breakfast was amazing, with tons of options to choose from! We had a slight delay with the check-in, the reason being we went during peak periods (public holiday), but apart from that the service was good.

Fantastic place to relax! the package is really cheap for 2! Sea side villa is really nice and room is in good condition!

The staff are friendly when entering and offer you a welcome drink!

You have to call a buggy whenever you have to go out to the main resort/food area/swimming area.There's a sea sport area for kayaking and water sport!

There's a place to rent badminton racquet, ball, bicycle and more! Amazing!

Breakfast is good. Really a relaxing place to enjoy.

Clean resort with friendly staff. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Food is good but nothing to get too excited about. The Saturday night bbq however was fantastic and they did a great job on the lamb and satay. Buffet breakfast had a good selection and the coffee is excellent. Only downside was that they played the same play list over and over by the pool and their menagerie of birds was a little loud. Overall though a good stay and very relaxing

The room is all nice and clean with great view. The highlight is the beach. The beach is not so big, but has clean water and nice to walk around. There is restaurant, games room, pool, and you can also rent/borrow bicycles, banana boat, and such to also travel around the 'sea'. Such a great place with great view. (+When i came there there aren't so many people). The minus is that the resort is far away from convenience store, mall or stores nor there is some near it (well of course).

What a beautiful place. Whether you're staying on a villa or a hotel room, you can be rest assured that these are very clean and well-maintained. Facilities are all very fun and the staffs are very friendly. It's not perfect though, the sea near villas however are very dirty with litters all around the sea on noon. But I imagine that's more of the visitors' fault. Overall, very positive and relaxing experience!

Stayed just one night.. Have stayed here several times before. The hotel staff is really nice. We were drinking at the bar till late but they accommodated us and stayed open till 5am. Palm Springs Golf Resort is just next door and they are the premier golf course in Batam. My major gripe with Batam View is the bathroom. My bath tub was cracked!!!

Place is good but a bit dated.
No point going here for beach as the beach is filled with trash though the beach view is nice.
It's more of a family resort and to fro taxi to d city is costly

Very old asset. Rooms not clean. Expensive compared with competitors on the surrounding. I would not suggest. Taxi arrive after 40minutes and transportation offered by hotel is really expensive (4 times).

I was here with all of my colleagues from a school in Batam where I am working for. We were here for a two days workshop, in the preparation of the upcoming schoolyear of 2016/2017.

They provide good food for us. Most of my friends are satisfied with the quality of the ingredients of the food and how they taste. The service of the server was also great!

The bedrooms are neat and well maintained. Air conditioning gives a refreshed feeling after a long activity outdoor, everytime we return back into the indoors of the hotel. Couches in the lobby make you want to fell asleep as they are so comfortable.

The resort is packed with lotsa activities. So, it is well prepared for families with little children. The game room is not very big, but it can accomodate children who hate the sun 😀

Come here and enjoy Batam!

Good foods, good services. Bedroom are clean and tidy with large view for whole beach. A native waiter with poor English didn't make us fuzzy and more familiar between us. He let us meet with smart and funny bird from their mini zoo in hotel compound.Beach is in walking distance from Hotel. The best experience of Indonesian native dance and performances at poolside. We have the delicious cake for Indonesian National Day celebration.
