  I was looking forward to staying there when I first corresponded with the hotel manager via email. I was impressed by his swift response and efficiency at how he arranged my ferry booking, hotel accommodation and land transfer. My heart sank when I first arrived at the hotel as it appeared tired and worn out. Besides the lukewarm reception I received when I checked in, I was utterly dismayed by how clearly I could hear the TV next door as well as bad karaoke singing from the main hall just within a few minutes of settling myself in the room. The condition of the bathroom also left much to be desired judging by the cracked sink and stained bathtub. The breakfast spread was rather disappointing as the food was mostly not covered and as a result, exposed to the atmosphere. A lesson I acquired from this experience was not to trust every positive review posted on TripAdvisor and to exercise better judgement instead of going through another regrettable episode again in the future.

  ballroom nice. idk bout room other flor but room in the basement is 2.5 stars, the bathtub save it. lunch ok, dinner ok, breakfast need improve. service very nice

  1st time here. Just my luck book for Deluxe but got promoted to junior suite with nice view. 👍💖 Best place for those wish to relax. Friendly staff & breakfast not bad. Although far from shopping mall still free shuttle service provided.

  Room is spacious but there is roaches in the toilet. Not for fussy guests. Overall, a fair hotel.

  Beautiful view of Batam, good customer service, and comfortable and clean rooms. The staff are very friendly and the swimming pool and hot tub is the best in Batam.

  Love this place since the last revamp and renovation in lobby. Room rates are acceptable for such a great scenery and facilities. Best to eat would be the shangrila restaurant on 3rd floor, upon which they usually serve for wedding banquets. Parking can be difficult to find if there're events.
