It is a good place to stay located at the center of Batam, around the area you can find a lot of cafés and restaurants. The hotel provides you with breakfast and facilities include swimming pool, sauna, and a gym. My stay was very comfortable unlike where the swimming pool is located, I find it not very pleasing to swim in front of the restaurant and having to pass by the lobby to come back to my room

This hotel is suitable for me. The room is clean enough, with sufficient facilities to use. Its gym and fitness is really damn cool.
It has 3 floors. The equipment is complete enough. The services are good, they are super friendly

Dear management,
Actually all facility inside hotel good and nice, but except so difficult to order online transportation, every i order by online why the driver always ask to cancel due to prevent clash with taxi that sit on the hotel area or conventional taxi. So please to management please make decision to approve for pick up the hotel guess by online transportation, this is very important thing for guess satisfaction, thanks and regard.

We had a good experience at Sahid Batam Centre. It was a relatively new hotel and their rooms were big for the amount we payed for. The breakfast buffet was really good and it was worth the money. The staffs were very helpful and friendly, throughout our stay there. They have a few cafes and a bar right around the corner so meals and a good nights out can be all accounted for, without the hassle of travel.
There is a good spa right opposite the hotel, names Kayana. Good location.

One problem was the toilet kept chocking and they need to check on their plumbing system.

Otherwise, this hotel is good.

Friendly staff awesome bar on top floor great views and service
Breakfast excellent overlooking pool
Rooms and bed comfortable
Nice facilities inc gym pool kids pool and jacuzzi.

Excellent facilities. The two level gym provides a good view over the pool and bar. A sheltered Jacuzzi beside the swimming pool makes easy access to all the facilities. The bar on 9th floor has a great view over batam centre, being one of the seemingly tallest buildings in the region. It offers a pool table and live band as well as plenty of room to house over a hundred guests.

Nice view at Sky bar when it is night.
See around the flight fly to the sky, see the ppl rrst in the night, see the light shinning in the night like stars, listen to the love song play by sky bar, so wonderful night.

I stay at room 503. The toilet is not really clean, & smells funny. The variety of breakfast is good, although the taste is standard. Overall I give 6 out of 10.

Nginep disini seminggu, untuk kebersihan cukup Dan nyaman. Stafnya ramah Dan cepat tanggap,spot paling favorite skybarnya buat dinner. Dua kali dinner Di level 9

Minusnya jauh kemana-mana kalau mau jalan kaki. Harus naik Mobil. Klo kita nginep dilevel 8 misal diatas ada Acara suaranya kedengeran jd agak berisik

Tempatnya Di belakang Venus spa health jadi agak nyempil. depan hotel ada laundry kiloan jadi klo nginep lama bisa dilaundry hemat beib

Hotel was on renovation, and it totally cannot be used to rest - which is the main usage of a hotel, isn't it? We asked to change room. Not so noisy, but then all the toilet holes - shower hole, wash bowls, etc. - are clogged. Quite a bad experience overall.

I was there for the weekend dimsum buffet breakfast. The place was empty as if no one knew about the offer. The food is OK but I won't be too quick to judge yet since they're still relatively new so I may go again to see.

I hadn't stay in there yet but i see the swimming pool and gym building next to the restaurant area. The hotel's regular breakfast menu is very Indonesian so if you like spicy breakfast you'd enjoy it.

I highly recommended the healthy club here. You pay monthly and you got everything you need in one place. You can enjoy sauna, fitness, yoga, zumba, aerobic, and swimming here. Here Muay Thai comming soon.

Good place, clean, near ferry terminal, bus shutter service and customer service are great here. They're friendly and always offer help. Great swimming pool, gym and they're breakfast are great too. Would totally come back here and I would recommend people to stay over here.

The room is very spacious yet looks aged. The food is not satisfying, not enough for all guest during breakfast. The location also far from attraction. Nice swimming pool though.

My perfect vacation cause stay in this hotel when I went to Batam. I stay in suite room with pool view is very awesome. Thank you for services is very nice friendly. I love spend my time to enjoy the view and wine at SKY8 Rooftop Bar until night enjoy the dj performed. Overall is nice. Very recommended!!

Stunning hotel. Gym facility really complete facing open air swimming pool, sauna and Whirlpool available with Sahid Batam Kitchen (SBK) Restaurant close by. Sky8 bar one of the best roof top in town with live dj everyday. Bellini garden restaurant ready to serve dim sum for you. Staff well trained with sahid philosophy to serve you. Nice place to stay and hangout.

Great for quick getaway. New and fresh hotel. Room is quite small but still comfortable with nice view. Good food, nice restaurant, especially at sky 8 bar.
