Very bad expitence.location is not good.staff stolen my watch n brecelate while cleaning.very poor cleaning.dirty pool.its a 1 star property but thy show 4 star.nothing is there.a no camera cctv in hotel .no staff

Very close to the airport and they will pick you up/drop you off for free which is great. The hotel itself isn't bad, especially for the price. It has a slightly run down appearance but they were doing maintanance on the second pool and a part of the building when I was there so that might have added to it. There wasn't a huge selection at breakfast but what was there tasted good. The pool had very few beds, this wasn't an issue as there were only a couple of people there that morning but I don't know what would have happened if it got busier. Also, it is a good walk away from the main street and about 25 to the public beach area. The worst thing about it was that the room, while a good size and clean, was full of mosquitoes. I had managed to go 8 days in ubud and the gilly islands without getting one bite and then got about 6 in the one night is stayed here, not ideal.

Its A Nice Budget Hotel. I stayed here from march 7-9 when i came back from Germany to Bali then had to fly to Sumatra. This hotel is great for me. I had just plain room just for sleep. Staffs were friendly and helpful all the time and its really close to the airport . they will organise your pick up or drop to the airport for FREE. this area is quiet not busy like Kuta And cheap for me . so i enjoyed my stay here.

Closely located to the airport this hotel is ideal for the traveling guests.
They offer free airport shuttle 👍
Staff are very friendly and helpful 👍
Staff have good English speaking skills 👍
Great amenities including nice pool 👍
Buffet breakfast including western and local food 👍
Rooms are spacious with superior bed and bathroom 👍

Eh, average is how I would put it. My girlfriend and I stayed here the night we arrived in Bali because of its proximity to the airport. It is nice if you just need a place to stay for the night. Comfy beds and cold AC. The hotel arranged a ride for us from the airport which was seamless. BUT on the plus side, the staff steered us away from the airport luggage storage which was expensive/sketchy and privately kept our luggage safe and sound for 2 weeks while we explored the Bali region.

Yet another lesson to not get influenced by the pics posted online. The Radiant hotel rooms are nothing like in the pictures. I booked a standard room as we were staying only a couple of nights but got a sub- standard deal. The first room we were shown was smelling musty and had seepage stains on the walls and the entire room was lit by one dim light in the center. The room we eventually took was only a shade better. The paint on the walls had faded, the bedsheets looked old and had several stains. The furniture was old and chipped and the wardrobes were in a dark corner. The room and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned well and weren't cleaned well for the duration of our stay.
For the amount of attention they pay towards the outer appearance of the hotel, a little more attention towards the rooms would be nice and is warranted.
But even after repeated complaints about the bed linen that i have come across on portals and having encountered it in person, i am curious as to why the management isn't doing anything about it.
Special mention to the restaurant staff for being so sweet and attentive. One tiny redeeming factor of our stay.

I have just been for dinner in the restaurant and ordered chicken in breadcrumbs, after eating half I released the chicken was still pink and raw.

I do not like complaining, especially at restaurants as I have worked in the service industry in the UK a lot of my life, but raw chicken is a step too far. The waitress serving me offered a new one and when I asked for the bill to be free of charge she declined. Her attitude was terrible and I didn't eat as I was too angry.

I get that this is not the fault of the waitress but she handled it in an extremely poor manner that made me more mad instead of calming the situation.

Atrocious cooking, not much better service. Room is decent but the drains smell.

Really hoping I don't have food poisoning on my flight tomorrow.

Good, affordable option to stay near the airport. Airport shuttle service is available. Nothing is really walkable if you’re thinking of exploring the nearby area. The rooms are okay to stay a night while in transit. WiFi connection was decent.

Our booking included free wifi, airport transfers and breakfast, so this room was good value for what we needed. We stayed twice, on our way into Bali and out again. The second room (on ground floor) was a little bit dingy, but both times it was comfortable enough. The buildings and pools are beautiful and it is very easy walking distance to lots of inexpensive warungs, convenience shops and a pharmacy.

Nice place to stay!! Staff are friendly.. And great place to get your body massage!! Happy hours deals are impressive.. Shuttle service for airport is available during late nights also!! One more thing.. Air-conditioning in rooms are not so good.

Nice place with a good pool but rooms are quite basic. You get what you pay for here and it's decent quality for the price. Would come again but would have liked a shower that didn't flood!

Value for your money. Big rooms nice pool.Forget the breakfast option, bad
coffee and tea as well, taste like dishwater as well as cold.
Big plus is free airport transfers. I will stay again for long transits

Lovely room, really glad that it had aircon! Breakfast was good too. Only downsides was that we didn't really have any water pressure and nobody came to collect me from the airport although it offered free shuttle bus when booking.

Only used this hotel due to its proximity to the airport for an early morning flight. Room quality and cleanliness can be improved. Our room has malfunctioned AC that cannot cool the room, missing bathroom mat, and a few burnt out lights. The pool area is quite nice and the kids enjoyed it.

Good service and friendly staff. Relatively cheap. Close to the airport and they give free shuttle from or to the airport. Recommended for a short stay, especially if you are transitting.

I find QIBLA Direction meant that the room maintain for cleanliness. Pay extra 200K IDR to stay untill 21:00.

Great deal! Not in the action but very pretty and a huge room with a great shower (not over the toilet!). They have a free shuttle into Kuta. It's also close to the airport.

Cosy boutique hotel tucked into the small lanes of Kuta. Very close to airport, bustling tourist areas and shopping centers.

This place is not just beautiful and economical, very convenient too as they offer free pick and drop from the airport.

The narrow lane that connects this hotel to the main road may get water logged after a heavy downpour. Be prepared to get your feet wet and wade through ankle deep waterlog.

Heel goed hotel voor een lage prijs. Ligt dicht bij het vliegveld (ongeveer 5 min). Net zoals op het hele eiland, veel muggen als je 's avonds even buiten zit. Kamers zijn mooi, schoon en voorzien van airco. Het personeel is (voor een fooitje) altijd vriendelijk. Simpel ontbijt, maar wel lekker. Er zitten twee zwembadjes bij het hotel. In de buurt niet veel te doen of te zien, maar om even bij te komen na een lange reis, ideaal!

Mosquito city!!!!! We needed a bug zapper in our room it was that bad. We did get upgraded to the rose suite which was lovely. Breakfast was very boring and not very nice at all. The staff were very friendly and the pools are lovely. It is a bit out of the way so you would need a scooter.

What a frendly hotel,we stayed on for 15 days and had a great time,close but not to close to the main attractions with a good free shuttle, 2 loverly pools and clean and large rooms with A/C , the staff could not be so helpfull and frendly. one of my best hotels Thanks
