Old hotel but good hospitality. This place was quite creepy at night I need to walk quite far to my room and feels so dark. Breakfast was so so.

Large resort with direct access to the beach, foods were great and the environment is very spacy with plenty of trees and traditional looks. Strategically placed near kuta beach and the airport. Services are great and and the staff are very responsive.

The place is rather run down. However for the price it is considered okay. The staff are quite friendly and the resort is big! The Swimming pool is huge and you can walk straight out the beach. It has a hot and cold jacuzzi which needs you to climb a narrow pathway perched on top structure end of the Swimming pool near the children dip pool.

Old fashioned Hotel, but have great maintenance. Clean room. Each room have terrace area which is very comfortable for smoking person to stay in there. Nice menu for breakfast. Have direct path to the beach at the back of the hotel. Have a very helpful and kind people as staff. It's a pleasure to me to stay in there.

Fantastic service, great rooms and facilities. Staff are beautiful, friendly and genuine. Great pool and seating around pool. Very good family resort, biggest buffet breakfast I have ever had. Gardens are immaculate and the building is beautiful. Location is good, beach past pool area, not too far from airport, markets, restaurants waterslide parks and shops.

AVOID!

This is NOT a four star hotel, it is at least a two. The only thing nice about it is the foyer and the outside grounds.

The rooms are horrendous and dated. The Wi-fi hardly works at all and the bathroom tap is very rusty.

I really regret booking this hotel, if you want to stay in Kuta then please stay somewhere else.

Oh and lastly the beach next to the hotel is a dump. Literally it’s a rubbish dump, full of litter and all sorts of health hazards. Really off putting.

The room that we booked was good and mostly clean. The employers of the hotel are friendly. The room-service is mostly bad. And if on outchecking you refuse to pay twice the bill of a dinner, they call 2 Securities to blackmail you. No competent manager to take a decision, but after 1 hour of discussions, finally they agreed.- No excuses, but 1 hour lost. This Ressort is really not worth of 5 Stars.

ramada bintang is just like it is advertised.
huge resort, good facilities, nice restaurant, beachfront with a huge pool .
pros
1. facilities top notch. clean rooms and linen. big clean washrooms . proper adeqaute furniture. galleries with garden/ pool view.
2. polite friendly staff.
3. nice beachfront restaurant.
4. huge pool with waterfalls.
5. access to private beach area
6. buffet breakfast, with plenty of options.
7. located in the happening area of Bali. lots of restaurants, malls, shops nearby.
cons.
1. too big and crowded. not for people who just want to relax.
cant find anyother fault in this resort.
great place to stay in kuta region of Bali.

If you plan to go shopping for the whole trip in Bali, this hotel is good for you. I've stayed here many times but the room hasn't changed much since I was 10. Actually, I don't mind about it, as long as it clean. They also have good swimming pool, good beach view, and also the breakfast is very good. They have a small 24 hours health clinic too, but it's too expensive.

Definetly not 5 starI actually thought it was 3 star, until I read it was 5 stars on here. Staff fantastic & friendly, but rooms need an update & more regular maintenance.nowhere near 5 star. Our a/c was never cold, despite 'repairs' being undertaken while we were there.
Food at the dine-in restaurant should be cheaper- $10 for a small bowl of french fries (??), but food is of great quality.
Ohand beds are like concrete.

It's a nice hotel with direct access to the beach, the hotel have plenty of event along the week, including all you can eat bbq buffet on saturday night ,with rather pocket wise pricethe staff is mostly old person ,except the staff that is stationed in the front office area, when i said old, it means they have a quality that is hard to find in new and modern hotel

Quick access to the beach, spacious well maintained rooms, good food and clean pool. Very close to malls, authorized money changers and shopping area. Has many Indian restaurants in less than 1 km. Overall had a pleasant experience.

The hotel is quite big with normal standard rooms that's equipped with old furniture and decoration. Breakfast buffet is normal. The hotel has a big garden and a big swimming pool.

Old luxury hotel, building layout is very old, but electrical appliances seem brand new.

Standard room is very spacious, hotel has beach access. Suites has pool and beach view.

Staffs aren't the friendliest among 5-star hotels tho. The corridors are very spooky at night.

Breakfast cafetaria staffs are very rude.

Where to start?
In the first room the bathroom smelled like a urinal and they offered me Glade to cover it up. In all the rooms there's a gap between the door and the floor so noise from fellow travellers arriving and departing early and late has easy access inside room and don't forget the bugs.
Pretty much everything is outdated.
Staff is mostly friendly.
Breakfast is ok.
The best part about the hotel is easy access to the beach walk.

This hotel have a private beach and near mall (lippo mall kuta), so it was combined between nature and modern vacation. All staff is very helpfull and the prices is fair. Very recommended

I had a wonderful time at the ramada, this is and older hotel with big rooms and a comfortable bed.
My room was on the ground level with terrace doors opening to the beautiful gardens.
The service is amazing everyone remembers your name and is very friendly. Fast response to my needs. They play bingo at the pool at 2 pm is the best :) but I still think they need to do it at least 2 times a day.
The breakfast buffet is good but not amazing, I think there is room from improvement here. On my humble opinion they need to offer fresh fruit juices and have all the food in one area no scattered in sections, it took me a while to find the pancakes and waffles and when I did they were cold. Also the table service for drinks lacks attention.
In 10 days there is was helped with coffee and tea just 3 times :( I also had to get up and grab my own silver ware.
To finish this review I will definitely come back to the ramada inn I felt at home and a little very spoil by the staff.

Ramada is great! Staff are always smile. Private beach is awesome! Garden is beautiful. But breakfast is bad. Even their chicken sausage is bad. 😝
They have to upgrade their chefs or something.

The hotel is very convenient, and located very near to the airport. They have shuttle bus service to take the guest from the airport and into the airport. The room are clean, the air conditioner are cool, and the toilets are spacious and clean. The furniture is a bit dated, but it's perfectly fine as it adds the feel of Bali and rustic feeling, as opposed to newer hotel that looks "too modern" and not look like Balinese culture at all.

The facilities are very great. Swimming pool is available, with lifeguards present. Children swimming pool is also available. Hot and cold pool is also available. The food is great. The breakfast is great, the food is delicious, and so does their food on their beach restaurant. Like other hotels at Bali, the beach is not 100% private, some local peddlers not affiliated with the hotel could peddle their wares, but they will not bother you if you say no. The beach are clean, and only small number of tourist are there (there are no tourist from outside the hotel) so you can relax. Also they have happy hour for a cold beer.

The staff is friendly, and able to speak good English without any problem. The price is great, the comfort is excellent. The only downside of this hotel is slight noise because another hotel (Santika) is building their hotel, but this only occurs in the middle of the day.

We found this hotel okay - good location, breakfasts great, but the pool was too deep for the young kids and the elderly, The staff were very good, we would stay here again but would request a 3rd floor room. We were on the 2nd floor and the noise at night from above was shocking.

The location of this hotel is great with all amenities within walking distance, however the rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment if they are to remain competitive with the large number of newly erected hotels and villas throughout Bali.We have been staying at the Ramada for 16years and it is with thanks to ALL the welcoming, friendly and efficient staff that we continue to return to this hotel.
Food & beverage management continue to amaze and impress us with their ability to organise the high standard for functions and events that are attended by large and small groups and Their friendly, efficient & professional service they provide to hotel guests is to be commended.
