A 4 stars hotel surrounded by nature. Situated at Taman Mumbul about 30 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. There are lots of trees and definitely a quite and calming place to stay.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Staff was helpful to sort out an issue we had, but only after refusing to pay for that service. Pro-active would have been better, yet we appreciated that they were willing to right their wong

no very nice place, old and far from everywhere. good if you come with a group (bus) tour. Big area, many guest with the bus group and china group staying here.

Very old and dirty hotel, photos totally do not show the real situation with dirty floors and towels, broken furniture and ugly smell in the rooms. Located very far from main attractions, be sure you won't get anywhere from here without a taxi.
By the way, don't forget your repellent , mosquitoes are already in the rooms.response / report this review -

My USB cable was exchanged by the housekeeping crew. Fortunately, I got to get it back, but that was a serious flaw.

There is always so many chinese tourist which lacking of manners during breakfast. Room is not super clean, probably they need to consider removing carpet in the bedroom.

Spacious room with bedroom, living room, and kitchenette. It has quite large swimming pool and large garden. The food is pretty good too.

Old nice hotel. Nice view and naturally surrounded by hills. One can be upgraded is the people service. Some of the hotel part need renovation too

So disappointed I was stay there on March 8 to 10, 2016 as a member of GOODWAY VACATION CLUB
So Disappointed with the service of "GOODWAY VACATION CLUB"
The program is useless, stay 2 night at GOODWAY BALI as a member of GVC , we are not well treated.the staff of the hotel seems doesn't want to handle any request from us, they just forward us to the special GRO who is handling the GVC member.
What a surprise the room is totally different with the showing room, no stove which is the most important thing for me because I need to cook for my baby
Complaining to the Jakarta Office and handling like a ping pong. I wish to cancel my GVC which I'm ready to loose 2 million as penalty but after a week conversation they said can not.. ok
After that incident, I try to book another hotel in Jakarta for Lebaran period in JUly ( I was booked at the end of March ) and so surprising even the hotel is affiliation they don't know the point I need to redeem to book the hotel, the reason because the hotel did not issue the rateok, tha I asked when approx. I can get the information about the point and again they said can not guarantee, doesn't knowhow can you received a reservation if you don;t know ( instead of tell me will try to follow up and call me back in 1 or 2 weeks)
One of the staff in Goodway Bali told me that because the GVC is different owner with the Goodway Bali that is why they treat us different ( read : worst, not better as a member) and they suggest that there is other hotel in Bali which is brand newBut again when I asked the reservation they say they have a cooperation but we can not book because Bali is Goodway home based.

Great hotel, rooms are nice and cozy. Breakfast aren't that great though, and it's quite far from the city. It's better to rent / use a car.

Langganan kl lg event murmer bisa muat banyak orang.. bersih.. cm mknan aja yg agak krg sih.. but so far so gut bgt kl buat rombongan :D
