Kuta Station Hotel is located very conveniently to the beach, WaterBom, Discovery Mall and Kuta Art Market. The Hotel itself is well equipped but is aged and worn. Our beds were very hard. The staff were very friendly and professional. There is a kids pool, playground and bowling alley. I would stay here again for overnight or short stay while in Kuta as it's very affordable and convenient.

Good:
Value for money. Good location, long (big) swimming pool, stuff are friendly, big bathroom, no bad smell, queen size bed.
Bad:
Had to wait 2 hours till 2:00 PM in non AC lobby. After 10 hours journey it was difficult in hot weather.
Overall it is good value for money.
If you looking luxurious please try somewhere else. If you have day long activities it will be good choice.response / report this review -

+ gym is good and equipment works fine and also free water ( warm )
+ Swimming pool is great
+ Friendly staff
+ Bowling facilities and free ticket
- breakfast could be much better out of 8 days there were good food only twice and also fruits were just awful
- tried 3 different rooms 1. Bedbugs 2. Aircon doesnt work 3. Weird noise from bathroom and also rooms are out dated and you can see it really well.
- shower has no warm or cold just on or off not a single room
So as i see it this place is not worth the money that i paid for it even tough i got it with a big discount but the gym is awesome compared to other similar price range hotels. Would not recommend.response / report this review -

Great value for money. Staff are lovely and always ready to attend any issues that may arise promptly and with a smile. Rooms are clean and made up every day. Showers are huge. Nice breakfast. Have been to Bali 4 times and have stayed at this hotel every time as well as other expensive places.I really liked the breakfast here. The rooms were clean. This place was right in the middle of the action. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again. The beach was about a 10 minute walk away.

The hotel is old, the room, bed, bathroom also. They work very slow to clean up room because when I check in, it takes 1 hour waiting until I got the key and it even not finished supervise but we insist cause it is been too long.
The good thing is, the environment is good, lots of food, cafe also discovery mall and beach if the door access infront of the hotel not close.
Staff is friendly and nice, breakfast is also good compare to the old room, and my room have been upgrade because of the one that I book online is already full.response / report this review -

Really good to stay at this hotel, we have booked deluxe room,when we reached the treatment of the front desk was excellent and they upgraded my room with out any extra cost,rooms are spacious,nice pool with bar counter.A perfect location hotel on the main street of Kuta with excellent hospility, must promising accommodation for Indian family.. 😊

Pertama kali masuk kamar kesan pertama bau lembab jd nyerep ke ranjang, selimut, bantal jd ikutan bau..
Untung managernya bae suruh ganti kamar tp ttp sedikit bau lembab c cm yaa lbh baik dari yg pertama n kt pesen yg untuk 2org di gantinya family room yg isinya bisa sampe 4-6 org kayanya th muat good service lah pkknya.response / report this review -

I didn't actually stay here but i would like thank the Security staff the cleaning staff and the front desk staff for finding my phone and holding on to it while waiting for me to pick it up.
I lost it while playing pool at the venue behind the hotel which joins on to Kuta Station cool place too!
So thanks to all for being honest and super friendly turning a bad situation into a positive one.
Hence why we love Bali :)

5 star for breakfast, pool, room space pool front balconyfriendly staff value for money without doubt.foods are expensive in here mostly..1 star for place kuta which is worst I think.better stay at Nusa Dua.lots of water activities and beach front resorts.relax and enjoy

The staff is amazing! Customer service is on point. I stayed here for 1 week. I loved every minute of it. The location is near all. The room (6202) are simple and clean. The staffs are not friendly esp the security and seller around that area. The housekeeping staffs were almost got in after knocking only twice when my friend is sleeping inside his room. Other than that it's good

We had a great stay at this hotel for 3 night in Jan 2017,we have booked superior room but when we reached we were shifted to Dlx pool view room which was excellent in many ways
1-Ground floor rooms are very good.
2-Opposite to the pool.
3- King size bed.
4- Beside the kids playing area.
5- Great service with hospitality.
6- Free Blowing game & Massage offered to us.
7- Live sea food served in Resto.
8- Best location in Kuta.
9- Very reasonable price hotel
Over all fantastic experience so 5* with sweet memories.

A very busy hotel, good location near the beach and a lot of restaurants. The room was not very nice but you get what you pay for. Our A/C would leak all the time and the drain in the shower would stink. Also near bars and clubs so expect a lot of drunk people yelling/barging into their rooms at 3AM/throwing up on the corridor.

Stayed here with group tour in 2013. Love love the ambience, perfect for relaxing after long walks in Bali. And I was so tempted to swim tho' I couldn't swim, because first thing each morning 'twas the 1st view greeted me after I opened the door. The couponed breakfast was delicious tho' lack variety. Thankfully there r beachwalk mall near and souvenir shop across the street.
My friends and I just realized at our last day that it was only 7 mins walk to Kuta Beach, we regretted it a lot cause all of us only stick to the tour's schedule, so we missed out a lot.response / report this review -

For the price and location etc I can't complain. Nothing here out with top end are to UK standard so take that to consideration for Bali!
One major flaw is the free wifi. Can't even login to check in for my flight its that slow on all logins/devices.
If I do ever come back to Bali I would probably stay at Hard Rock.
But if you want good value (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 baby) we were just over £55ish night including breakfastresponse / report this review -

When i first got here they told me i had to wait 40min as there was an issue with aircon in my room. Four times i had to get someone to "fix" aircon each time wasnt completly fixed and kept breaking. Then twice i had to have someone come and fix my sink as it kept filling with dirty water almost over flowing and smelt. Asked for a new room get the new room then the balcony door didnt close.. And had to have someone fix that! Never again will i stay here! And had no apologies!
