I go there as part of training on Iykra. The food is delicious and the places for training is also great I have no idea about the rooms and other places but if you want to make a corporate training this is a good choice. But remember to have an alternate internet connection because sometimes the internet could be a hassle

Good accommodation, but they still in renovation for Lobby and Restaurants area. But they have a good room and easy to find, close to culinary area, and near to the Sarinah Shopping Mall.

The room was clean but the tidiness must be improved. The breakfast was standard, delicious but the service should be enhanced dan faster. I would say that the location was great for culinary, just by walking around, you will have plenty various streetfood and also good restaurant.

We are stay for 4 nights in this hotel as a hotelier, the first impression this is an old hotel, bathroom very smell, staff is not friendly, and 2nd day, they not clean the Saucer, they also not replace coffee and sugar. we had request to reception for coffee, and we had wait for 25 minutes after two times call to reception just for coffee replacement only. the housekeeping staff who bring the coffee is very rude he even say any apologize. internet connection very bad. this is not 4 star as they mention online. Not recommended hotel.

Actually the interior design and the feel is pretty fancy, but several spots seems missed for clean treatment and give that old hotel feeling, the food id good but a bit too oily and low variations

Old hotel with poor service but strategic location. The size of the room is quite ok for me. But they really need to work on the renewal of their bed supplies. Their pillow and bed is not comfortable at all. Dirty bed linen. The elevators are very slow. And the most disappointing part is the poor service. 4 star hotel with poor service and bad quality of pillow and bed.

Good location and generous room size, but outdated fixtures in the room and poorly maintained facilities. Also, the restaurant closed early when I came down for breakfast with 15 minutes left. Minibar was empty on arrival. Not worth visiting again.

Visiting friend at this hotel. The location is easy to find food because near jalan sabang and sarinah thamrin. The room is big but no tea spoon to make coffee or tea. tissue only in the bathroom. The lamp in the bathroom blink.. The pillow case was torn.

Was staying two nights here, the room was good & comfy, the staffs & services was friendly + helpful, the breakfast menu was surprisingly good especially the Nasi lemak,

the only one thing unpleasant was just every morning at checkout times, the housekeeping staffs keeps on slamming room doors & stuffs making loud noises and vibrations on the room, it is annoying somehow.

Sophisticated designed, located near to Sudirman & Thamrin, 10 minutes walk to nearest Transjakarta & KRL. The room adequately spacey and well maintained, meeting room offer variety of size and layout. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Downside were limited menu option at breakfast and lunch.

Been here once, about a year ago. On my visit things goes smooth, the security help opening the car doors, the door man aproaching and ask if he can help with the bag. FO staffs look nice, and serve me well, it took me 6 minutes of waiting after signing in before i can go to my room.
Inside, the room are clean, no wierd smell and looks, bathroom are very dry, and clean
They use wooden floor instead of carpet. For me it's lovely because i have dust alergies so i will avoid carpet floor no matter what. The ambience of the room are a bit dark with black, brown and dark purple color, but i like it because it makes me comfort and relaxed.
View are good,since im asking for a good view out of my window so perhaps the room im using is one of their "good view room". At breakfast, i like some of the food, there is enough food and drinks for you to choose and eat. As far as i can remember, the food are okay.. not bad but not so wonderfull either. Location are great, just a few step to sarinah, jakarta theater and another great places of jakarta.
The only reason im not giving 5 stars are for the small room, it actually not that small though, but at the same price, several hotel give a more larger room.
