The room was spacious, but it needs detailed cleaning. I decided to stay in this hotel because the location is only 5 minutes away from my HQ Office. The breakfast was okay, they have several choices of Indonesian breakfast, enough to help you start your day

Being my First Trip to Indonesia Jakarta, and i stay here 4 Nights, i found the hotel is very comfortable for stay very friendly staff, very good atmosphere, cleaning, room service, and overall all everything was perfect and i enjoy.
i would like to recommend that hotel to all tourist around the world to come here and stay with fevehotel tanah abang.

Nice rooms. The soundproofing that was promised worked. Comfortable bed and pilloslws.. sometimes the shower has some trouble though (like some of it doesn't stop properly so you can still hear drops of water in the middle of the night)

Offered a good price since its near from monas. Nice and clean room and views, i stayed at the highest floor and i can see monas from the windows room.

Nice service. I allowed to late check out without additional charge because i was late check in due to some technical problem.

Near mcD and also theres coffeeshop nearby so its greattt

Very clean hotel, and it's good for staying short or long stay, as it's close to the city, and easy to reach. The is very reasonable, and if compare with the service quality you get, it's really value for money.

The staff was kind but the customer service here in Indonesia is not the greatest in general, but let's leave this. The hotel itself wasn't amazing like in the pictures and the day after, when it was pouring rain like hell, the water flooded into the bedroom and my backpack back went all wet. The AC had a leak and so you could slip quite easily. I don't know if it's something that happens only here, but they provide just two big towels but not hand towels at allplus two toilet rolls for three days which where so thin almost useless.

It was satisfied to stay 3 nights in Favehotel Cideng. I faced Air Conditioner (second night) in the room was leaked but fortunately (maybe) hotel staff has fixed it while i go out.

The hotel and room quality is good and the same as other fave hotels. The location however is bad. No decent food around except a Mcdo in front. Zainul fave is located next to a shopping mall which also has an excellent gym.
