Not recomended for four star hotels, ordered a non smoking room but when arrived got a room smells of cigarettes, the hotels only gave ozone tools.

# Room: OK. Nice and Clean. For TV Channel, I think should be checked, not clear for some channels.
# For Dining Room: OK, a lot of choices when breakfast.
# Staff: They're all good and humble.

One thing that I don't like is the 'Lift'. It seems that not maintain properly. So please, look and check the lift's floor.

I guess, overal OK. So I give 5 stars for this hotel.

The place is located far away from centre of Bogor. So, you can't even looking for dinner at this area. Better you prepare some food before check in into this hotel. The room was clean, love the odor, so fresh.

A good place to have meeting or any other occasion. Provide lots of meeting room, and ballroom. Yummy food. Little but clean swimming pool. Good service. Quite easy to find.

I spent 3 days 2 nights with my family. We booked 3 rooms. Unfortunately, my room was not as nice as I wish. I found some broken things in my room. The broken door manual lock, cracked mirror with plaster, electrical socket that loose from the wall. We didn't complain, because I knew from the reception that they're full booked. It was peak seasons. Things that I like was The staffs. They are friendly and nice. They also has new year's eve 2018 event with gala dinner. Lots of food and so entertaining. The location in a city center was my reason to choose this hotel.

I don't feel like in a suites, please consider to replace the name. Room with no view (221), bad smell bathroom, dark room, slow elevator, front desk staff with no smile, hard to reach socket plug luckily I don't get shocked. The HBO/cable TV is recorded, I watch "The Tuxedo" & "White House Down" every single day during my stay. Good thing I got 390k price cheaper than average. If not I rated lower.

The hotel is nice, clean, and big. The loaction is a bit far from central Bogor, but the view and the service is very good. Also they have swimming pool although it's small, but it's nice to have that. The buffet food is also delicious.

Room is OK -- typical dark and low-light room, which is not very suitable for work. They only have 2 elevators and both works super slow, just be patient. Food is OK. Meeting room is also OK.

Went there couple of times to attend meetings. Food was nice, banquet service was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Front office need to be more friendly coz guest always look for comfort and wisdom
House keeper didn't add for new tissue even it was emptyalso soap in bathroom..

I've stayed in standard room
+ it has sofa so we can eat inside.
+ even in std room, but space quite big
+ friendly waitress.
+ I love the swimming pool.
+ breakfast menu is OK.
- no slipper at my room. Why????
- bath room not too clean.
- very limit soap & shampoo in my room. Dissapointed.
- only has 1 power plug.

The room was quite spacious, but it needs to be cleaned more. AC didn't work well, had to call technician to fix it, but nothing's changed.

Fast check in, bisa early check in, friendly and responsive staffs, mediocre breakfast, clean enough. AC was not working at first but the staff fixed it right away. Lights in the room were too dim.

The location is good, due to close to several famous restaurant in bogor, the hotel was also easy to reach from jakarta. Cleanliness in the room is good,but in the alley (7th floor) there is "ikan asin goreng" smell, fortunately the smell is gone in the next day.
