Several times stayed at this minimalist & budget hotel. Nice rooms with sufficient space, if you travel with lots of bags and suitcases, I'm afraid the room's space can't accommodate.

Had ifthar and sahur meal, great choices of food and beverage to pick it up.

Unfortunately, the breakfast choices of menu are not varied as it used to be.

Comfortable place to stay located in South Jakarta. The Hotel is just nearby the Block M Plaza Mall. If you are a fun of Japanese cuisine and bar, this is the Japanese Corner. A Japanese convenience store is available nearby as well restaurant and KTV bar too!

Its great hotel. Location is great, price is affordable. Breakfast is good as well, limited food. Room is clean, quite spacious, quite easy to find the hotel as well. Its located in the road side. Consider very very good hotel for its price. Dont mind to come back here again.

A pretty good hotel., good rooms at a reasonable price. However, kindly check the room before you accept to sleep in - else the window opens to a wall that hits your face or an AC vent that gives only sound and no cool air!!!
Food is average.

Parkirannya sempit banget. Mobil lecet disrempet sm mobil lain yg lagi keluar parkiran :( kebersihan oke. Lokasi juga oke. Sebrangan sm MM juice jadi gampang cari makan. Tapi AC lama dinginnya.

Business Hotel located at "Little Tokyo", Melawai South Jakarta. Like business hotel at most, the room, shower and Restaurant are minimum space.

The good point of this hotel, breakfast provide in some alternative like bread, nasi goreng and other buffet menus. Coffee and Tea are free during your breakfast.

Recommended for those have a business trip around South Jakarta and have an experience with "little tokyo", because a lot of Japanese bar, restaurant, karaoke etc.

Very neat, chic and contemporary accomodation place in prime area of Melawai. Walkable from Blok-M square mall, makes this place to be an ideal accomodation for those who prefers shopping.

Nice hotel in strategic location
I've enjoyed my stay in Neo Melawai, the receptionist and security guard are helpful friendly too. Stay in Neo Melawai was comfortable, the room is clean with high speed wifi and variety breakfast in cozy restaurant.
Value for money, great location, and good services.

It strategically located in Blok M - Melawai among Blok M malls, convenient stores and restaurants. Simple - contemporary styled this hotel offers a simplify living. The room arrangement also supporting to do several desk job. The restaurant offer a simple breakfast yet it tasty enough. Whenever i have my bussines in Jakarta, i always check this hotel availability.

The room is quite nice, facilities also nice, breakfast is nice too, f&b crew also very friendly and helpful. I got some trouble and the security guy very helpful, room service is friendly. But several time i have some question to the reception, seems like they got cross at me for asking question abt the elevator, card, wifi (no idea, for me they just seems like at bad mood) , even the last time i call from my room, they just hang up the telp without saying anything after answering my question. Hope can improve the hospitality.

Good place to stay even there is construction in front or side the hotel but we didn't get noise problem at night. Check in and check out fast. Location is great, close to shopping center and lots of restaurants near by,

Your room and service was very good for the price. There are a lot of hotels in the area which are very run down, but the Neo is very clean and new looking (Even if the surrounding area outside is under construction and isn't exactly sparkling).
The hotel was near to the shopping mall as well, which is convenient for eating / shopping.
The WiFi was not bad, and the lobby was very nice.

Drawbacks:
1. The room service options are limited. It would be nice to have Tahu Isi, Pizza, Chinese rice, etc. on the menu.
2. There is only one international outlet in the room.
3. No bath - but this is reasonable given the price and size of the room.

Medium price, nice place to stay, wit a small parking area. Near Blok M. The service was good, bathroom and room was clean, but not actually soundproof. You can enjoy your breakfast in hotel restaurant at ground floor. The taste was good and you can choose your own tastiest food.

Nice and warm strategic hotel
This hotel is nearby block M public station.
Room is clean and warm staff make the hotel is almost perfect with budget price.

The room was not soundproof enough, the crowd outside and next room was a bit disturbing. The cleaning service didn't do well, the bathroom was stinks. The breakfast was okay.
