Cleanliness need to be improved. I found a cockroach on the bathroom floor (in an 8th floor room!). Bed sheets smell awful (sweat, hot balm, etc, from the previous guests). WiFi is like a roller coaster which plunge to the pit. But the staffs are friendly & helpful.

Good place for meet up and meeting room available too. clean and polites workers here. you should try. in the middle of city, and easy to go every where using Grab or GoCar 😁👍. Reccomended.

There was click3 sound every 30 minutes. Check in and check out was very quick. Food was quite good..too bad the egg counter wasn't ready on 6.30 am. The room was clean. Overall, it was good.

Just a regular hotel. Not much compared to other hotels. Not so expensive, but not too good as well. Not much options for free breakfast. The wifi is pretty good, but the elevator is hot since there are no air conditioner in it. Small parking lot, but quite cozy room. Perfect for those on budget.

Location was in a great spot. Easy to find and lots of cafes or restaurants nearby. Shopping centres are also around 10-20 minutes away by car, depends on traffic. Service was excellent, the staffs were very nice. However the ground floor before reaching the lobby is so hot, the AC either didn't work or they don't wanna use it, the lift also hot without AC. Someone was smoking in the lift on the night when we got back from the mall the first night as the lift stunk of cigarettes.

Nice location, minimalist room, the first night we stayed the room smelled cigarettes. The second night they correct the problem the smell was gone.
