this hotel is kind a private hotel, because of it's location. very nice customer service and most helpfull.
they have private business meeting room with full and great service.
nice parking arangement.
the toilet are very clean and they even give you a mouisturize hand cream so after you wash your hand, you can feel fresh

Centrally located in city centre. In the heart of Jakarta. Easy to reach by many kind of transportation. Hotel quite old but well maintaine. Food are good. Meeting room spacious. Price avarage. Even old hotel, they keep the standard of five star facilities. Shopping mall grand Indonesia are just across the street. Taxi always stand by & Trans Jakarta bus stop just few minutes walk.

Luxury bar, many foreigners, good music and nice cocktail. Price is affordable for a luxury bar standard. They also have Latin night every Thursday, started around 8pm for a class, and the music played on 9sh.

As a frequent traveller to Jakarta I stay at the Mandarin for a few reasons. Firstly it has a great gym, with all the equipment that you could want. It also has a decent pool, with a poolside bar if you need it. Rooms are massive and very well finished. Wifi is fast, reliable and they don't charge you extra to get decent speeds or extra data like all other hotels are starting to do. Also I shortened my stay and they didn't charge me a cancellation fee. Will be staying here next time.

One of my fav hotel. Very professional team..then love to work with them while having a VIP guest or special colleagues come to Jakarta. Then about the food..I can not say anything only request again.and again to the waiter "can i have some more"? 🤣 Describing by the word for the food.."elegant tasty" - "charm cuisine" love to eat here.

Iron was broken. Superb service and amenities. May have got some diarrhea from swallowing the pool water. Not sure. Gym guy was very polite and helpful. Jeremiah was great and friendly.

The Mandarin Oriental was an excellent host to the US Indonesia Investment Summit. Well done! Love the MO Bar on the second floor as well, nice place to decompress after a long day with great wine and cocktails and excellent bar snacks.

Mandarin Oriental is centrally located, the rooms are large and tastefully decorated with clean and open ambiance. The staff were very cordial and helpful. There are quite a few selection of restaurants to suit everyone's taste. The hotel takes the security measures very seriously. It's lobby is a bit small compared to other five star hotels in the vicinity.

I check out hotel on 3/9/17 and left my hp charger in the room. I email them and they send me the charger back on 5/9/17!
I am very happy and impressed by their excellent service! Really appreciate their help and efficiency!
If I visit Jakarta again next time, this will definitely be my first choice hotel !

OMG They don't have sprays in the toilet..! I you are not used to wipe with tissue only, the you are in trouble.

A friend of mine is about 2 meters tall so he kept calling this place a goblin's house. He complained about this all the time lol. But the food was nice, room service was awesome, the people were super.

so the room is awesome, it´s just stunning. Bathroom and everything is really really nice and great. Haven´t seen that in many other hotels before.
Best In-room dining I ever had. The cooks are my heros. Everything I ordered was fantastic. I also liked the deep pool.

typical for an upscale hotel in Jakarta, the rooms are excellent. Service at the front desk is excellent. Furnishings are excellent. Even the double head shower (straight down head and angle head on a hose) provide more than sufficient both heat and water pressure, enough to be called excellent as well. BUT, the best feature of the hotel are the ladies in the Club lounge. From the freshly brewed by the cup coffee in the morning, or the fresh squeezed juice and the omelet made to order through to a cocktail to relax after work the team (I think there are 11 of them on staff) who work the Club lounge are friendly, helpful and so positive that it is impossible to have a bad day.

One of the nicest accommodation you can find the city. Love the room & the hospitality. But among all I must say the selection of food is top notch. Their French restaurant, Lyon is one of the best in town as well as their Chinese restaurant, Xin Hwa.

PS: There's usually a special promo for business brunch / lunch at Lyon. Two course at less than 200K. Do check if it stills on though.

Nice hotel! If you want to arrange an event in their meeting room try an esquaire room. Its perfect for 15 - 30 pax event. The room connect with a small kitchen which will use to serving lunch or dinner and has outdoor area :)
