I would give this place a 4.5 star rating mainly bc of its awesome friendly staff! Absolutely not overwhelming but just over all friendly and accommodating. The facilities are as nice and huge.
I would also highly recommend their pick up service from the airport bc The arrival could be very intimidating with all the taxi drivers coming up to you.
It's prob a 20 min ride from the airport at non traffic hours.
Location just walk outside to look for shopping on the local area and food.
The breakfast itself is nicely presented with 3 different styles. The continental., English, and Asian. I would recommend the Asian style.
As for toiletries May recommend bringing your own bc they have the standard cheap one time use tooth brushes to use if your on a pinch.

Our family stayed in Klumpu Bali Resort as the climax of our trip in Bali.
But one thing’s certain, we should have stayed earlier!
Nice room, clean pool, beautiful garden, delicious food (breakfast, dinner),
And friendly staff including a guy who is like Japanese comedian.
If we have a chance to get back to Bali, we wanna stay at Klumpu Bali Resort!response / report this review -

An oasis of relaxation and beauty tucked away off the busy main road.
Resort was very well kept, pool was clean and refreshing and the room was very comfortable with a monsoon shower as well.
Lots of complimentary things came as part of the room and the staff where super helpful and friendly.

Really friendly staff and lovely quiet hotel, right in the middle of sanur. There are only 8 very modern huts/rooms. Yes it doesn't have a sea front view but I would take the quiet tropical rainforest and amazing rooms (probably one of the best I've stayed in) over the busy hotels by the sea. The breakfast is great and you get free Airport pick up.

Stayed here at the start of our Bali trip after reading good reviews online. From the moment the driver picked us up at the airport, to the moment we left, everything was exceptional. Gorgeous rooms, lovely small private pool area, friendly helpful staff, delicious food. They even arranged for an extra masseuse to be on site so my wife and I could have a massage together. Also really well located, on a back street so nice and quiet, but within a few minutes walk of everything you need in sanur. Will definitely stay here again, wish we'd booked for longer!

Really love this place! And I like the idea of the mezanine for the 2single beds, makes you still be able to communicate with all the people in the room. It's like a small - little paradise, when there are only like 5/6 bungalows in here, so it feels very exclusive, quite, and peaceful 😊 Staffs are very helpful, friendly, and will always try their best to accomodate your needs, you can feel their sincere smile. Foods are delicious and the price is make sense. Nice swimming pool which nicely located in front of every villa/bungalows, and the water is warm. If you can choose, then take the room for 4 in the corner, cross the restaurant. Was a very nice experience staying in klumpu!

wow, what a positive experience. Small hotel , quietly located near the beach. Individual bungalows of first class. The staff is just awesome and right there when you want or need them. Even though the price is a bit higher (but absolutely acceptable) I recommend this place to anyone that enjoys a romantic beautiful hotel (only 8 bungalows available). The owner is a Dutch gentlemen whom in my opinion has done an excellent job in design and staff selection / service.

What a fantastic haven of peace and tranquility in the heart of Sanur. What a find! This resort is luxurious and peaceful; the staff cannot do enough to help. And the afternoon tea, chocolates in the evening and on-site spa make this place heavenly. I will definitely be back.

I regret only staying 1 night at this wondrous resort!!!
First of all, they offer FREE airport pickup or drop off (one way). The welcome drink and snack was delicious and they made us feel welcome from the very first moment.
Second, the pictures of the villa is exactly what Klumpu looks like. The pool is beautiful for a swim in the day and at night. I really like the night swim in the pool, the view is just gorgeous. The room is very spacious, well-lit, stylish and clean. The bed is VERY comfortable. I had a very good sleep there. The welcome fruit, chocolate and writing on a leaf made us feel special. The kitchenette and selection of tea was very handy, it feels nice to be able to cook something for ourselves in the room. The bathroom was well designed. I really like the black coloured theme for their bathroom. It was just a delight to look at. The room is very quiet and you can see the pool from your porch. The room itself is very nicely decorated, you can feel at home and relaxed the moment you step into the room.
Third, the great hospitality. They went out of their way to make me feel at ease. I ordered dinner from them just before their kitchen close yet they try their best to accommodate to my needs. And yes, the food is delicious. I especially love their seafood kebab! Additionally, they provide a 15 minutes complimentary massage AND they gave me a small present when I check out. It was such a lovely experience.
The only thing that I think the management can improve is the plumbing of the shower drain. It doesn't drain as fast so it could create a flooding situation.
Finally, the only thing I regret is that I could only stay one night here. The location is great, you are close to everything yet you can still enjoy tranquility and the great atmosphere of the place. Their bikes are free to use as well which is super convenient! Klumpu is a hidden gem tuck in the downtown Sanur. I highly recommend Klumpu Resort and I will definitely come back and spend more time there!response / report this review -

A beautiful and peaceful enclave. Only 8 "bungalows" so a very personal service. Comfy beds, lovely ensuite, good wifi and super pool. Free bicycle use or 10min walk to the beach. It is built up in this area so many shops, bars and ATM's are handy.

Great small resort. We visited Klumpu just last Augustus for the second time. We like it, it is cosy and really gives us a coming home feeling. We can advise anybody who likes a small resort in Sanur this hotel. Everything looks marvelous and the staff helps you with everything we asked for. We will be back again next year.
