Good architecture, good breakfast, nice room but bad service and prepararion. Like example I have no chair in my room, no sandals, credit card machine at room service are broken slow respond went I request something like sandals ect. But the rest is good.

Let me start by saying, staff are so nice it makes me feel bad to be honest about this hotel. But i can't relax until i say it as is. Like i said, staff, amazing. Our flight was cancelled. It is silent day and we are stuck in a hotel near Airport.
Hotel smells very bad. The rooms are old and dirty with smell of mold. There are bugs in the beds. I had to make them change the sheets when arrived because they where full of stains. I would leave this place in a heartbeat but they wont let us walk out of the hotel because of silent day in Bali! God help us until first thing tomorrow morning.

This hotel is partnered with Garuda airlines for flights that get cancelled in Bali. This is exactly what happened to us. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and our flight to Sumba was turned around halfway because of a technical glitch. The put us in this "4 star" hotel for one night for free (actual rate is less then 30 dollars a night") they first tried to put us in a room that had two twin beds until we complained. We got to the room, the hallyway smelled like smoke as the employees were smoking all throughout the hotel the air-conditioning wasn't working, the walls were stained sheets were dirty and the bathroom was moldy. Needless to say we had them put us in a different hotel.

I woukd recommend this hotel for an overnight stay, especially for thise wjo need to get to the airport quickly. It is just 10 mintes to the airport -assuming the normal traffic in Denpasar today. In addition to that, getting to kuta Beach is also verr very easy.

The rooms are clean enough. The staff are nice and friendly. The menu for breakfast is just complete.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and wide local and Western selection of food for buffet breakfast, though the Indonesian rice porridge could've been a little less thick for my taste. Some other guests who didn't follow the no-smoking rule in the corridors or rooms spoiled the experience somewhat, since I smelled a slight cigarette smoke odor on about half of my 10-day stay.

The hotel is not that big, looks a little bit crowded with lobby and swimming pool side by side. The Bima meeting room is also not that big.

The food is good, not like any dish in bali which in my opinion is kind of under seasoned, the room is also nice. The downside is the lobby is in the back, which is confusing for the first time.

Very clean, room is huge. Near the mall (2 mins walking) and infront of the beach-wear fashion outlet. But far from the beah, you need a shuttle to get there

Great spot away from the crowds of Kuta. Shuttle bus run to Kuta Centre and return five times a day. All meals very good, staff very polite, rooms very nice, atmosphere very good, music played at lounge. Pool very nice but right next to people eating, easy to wet them.
