Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. At the time of writing, it's undergoing renovation so expect constant noises from several spots. But that shouldn't diminished the whole experience. The hotel has access to a fantastic sandy beach while its pools are spacious.

A solid hotel for easy access to the beach, plenty of swimming pools, and water activities. The hotel itself is quite old and we stayed there when they were undergoing renovation.

    Pros:
    - A great beach with access to surf.
    - Plenty of lawn chairs, swimming pools, gym.
    Cons:
    - Facilities are a bit dated, but they seem to be doing renovations so that might improve over time.

Beautiful place. Camel safari is awesome. Beach is fantastic. Entrance and lounge is the best I have ever seen. This is built to the sea shore. All the way you have to walk down to reach the beach. I had been there for camel ride. It's fantastic.

    Very nice hotel.
the views are stunning, food is yummy. and the service is amazing. fitness centre is amazing including the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
however, rooms are slightly old and needs a little bit of renovation. was not a very big deal for me though. Also there was a lot of ants around the swimming pools and the beach which may have required some ant-killers to be sprayed regularly.
our whole experience was very good and we would definitely go back.

Everything amazing here except that the breakfast ensemble could do better with a few more vegetarian/Indian options. There seems to be some perennial problems with the kettles in the rooms, there are much better and less complicated kettle options available and suggest that Hilton does away with the existing ones. Amazing hospitality, warm and friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

If you can afford it I would recommend staying in the villas of this resort. We had the absolute best service that we have ever had during our stay. The staff at the resort is incredible from the front desk clerks to the turn down service. They made our vacation extra special. Unfortunately, the pool and poolside restaurant were closed due to construction, but the staff were so outstanding that I would leave this place more than 5 stars if possible. Thank you so much!

Nice hotel, amazing views, however very doubtful customer service, despite booking room for 2 adults and 1 child through their website, on the reception made me think that they are so generous and will let my child stay for free, which wasn't the case. But as we were very tired I didn't want to pack our bags and move to another hotel. I think staff should be briefed properly. Gardens extremely well maintained, bunch of monkeys every morning walking through the alleys, peaceful hotel, nice beach, I would say that they didn't inform clients on their ongoing building works next to swimming pool. But overall must stay place in Bali.

Horrible service, it is impossible to reach hotel now due to the volcano ashes and they don't want to reimburse because they say the rate in non-refundable. Even low cost airlines are accepting cancelations without any fee, but Hilton is showing they are a cheap chain.

Great location. so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful beach. Rooms are old. Took the highest floor overlooking the ocean. Nice. Beware of monkeys.. hahaha. F&B are quite expensive, it tastes just ok, nothing special. They have 7 pools.

I booked a 2 bedroom villa at $1000 per night for four nights in early November 2017, this was a prepaid rate. Unfortunately there was a severe warning about eruption of the Mount Agung volcano in Bali. I requested the Hilton resort to move my dates as there were older members in my family that were scared to travel there now. As I am a Hilton Gold member I was hoping that the resort would show some consideration but they flat out refused. In all my years staying at Hilton I was never shown this level of lack of sensitivity. I hate to say this but if this is how mercenary this hotel’s staff is I’m glad I did not go there.

Hotel Staff are fantastic and went above and beyond for us. My problem lies with head office
Prices for food and drink are outrageous. Most things would be cheaper at home, and I'm from Perth, Australia!
190k for a cocktail That's $19 Australian. And happy hour includes only 3 types of drinks which are fine if you drink beer because that is all you'll afford.
Make sure your room includes breakfast as this was costing us $50 AUD a day..
A small can of coke will set you back about $5.50 AUD, and it's only 220ml!
I know this is Hilton but prices like these will not make me want to come back to this hotel.

The staff told me I did have an upgrade of my room type but I felt it's kind of downgrade instead since the room looks having a big difference from the room type I booked originally, I would rather to stay in my original room type as I can access to the beach or pool directly. I tried to change back to my original room type but was rejected which makes me very upset. The room that assigned was very old with less-maintained decoration. Wifi signal was extremely weak. Lack of type of restaurants to choose. Moreover, within each restaurant, the menu is very limited without variety of choice. Honestly, despite the brand name, the money-value of this hotel is very low, can have better choice with the same or lower price within Bali.

The service level of the staff is great. However when there's no interaction with guests, there is little attention to detail. The bed sheet in our room was stained, the shower gel was half filled (or half used), and my mom found a peanut on the floor in the middle of her room. The rooms are also starting to look and feel dated with old paint, shower doors unable to close fully etc.

This resort is kinds of old , but the view is really wonderful.
On the ocean view, It was very good, but the room was very humid.
So, we changed the room even though we arrived alsmot 1AM.
    Most staff were kind!
On next time, I will stay this resort!

We stayed at the older block I guess, where things are kind of being held together. The newer block closer to the ocean is probably better. Our room had a fantastic sea view and if the balcony door is open the breeze is fantastic, but beware of monkeys. My primary reason for the lower rating is that the restaurant buffets close by 9:30 while the restaurant itself is open to 11. But if you are sitting at the Shore restaurant (which has fantastic ambience) you don't want to heap food on a plate and eat cold food. IMHO, 9:30 is too early while on holiday.

Visiting a friend who's staying there, join the buffet breakfast. Extraordinary service as when I've asked about the fruit juices whether they're fresh fruits, they offered me to have my own fresh juice if I prefer. Just for that reason, they deserve a 5 star although the fruits were a bit tasteless. I love the muesli too.

Amazing 5 star resort. Traveled here for our anniversary, and everything was superb. We had a few issues finding the right room due to external circumstances, but the hotel manager personally took care of us, with continual check-ins during our 10 day stay. Granted, we have Diamond status with Hilton, but I witnessed very high customer service with all guests. Views are breathtaking, the waters are astounding, and being here generally just takes you to a world away from home, free of stress, worry, and a perfect romantic getaway.

I went with my wife for a day pass and it was incredible! We are part of a tour group staying in Siminyak on the west side of the island. The employees there were so pleasant and checked on us often . The website has the pass for less than the actual price but the grounds are beautiful. Well worth it.

Excellent customer service. All the staff are very nice and friendly. Food is ok. The view in the executive suit is very nice. The spa is excellent, very nice staff and very relaxing cabana. The place just turned over to Hilton last December so I would like to rate them again after the renovation.

    Recommendation:

1.Put hammock on the green side of the spa facing the beach.
    2. Replace some old tiles on the Cliff tower.
    3. Replace the tiles of the side of the pool.
    4. Repaint the bottom of the bridges crossing the swimming pool.
    5. Put jacuzzi on the executive lounge.
    6. Improve how to handle customer complain in The shore restaurant.

Overall rating 9 out of 10. I'm looking forward to rate this place again after renovation.

The staff & service were excellent. We have 2 kids and the facility had all the entertainment we needed from the pools, 30m waterslide, the beach on our doorstep with great waves for surfing. We especially enjoyed the Shore restaurant, lots of entertainment & food was delicious. The atmosphere in the hotel was wonderful.

We had a nice long weekend at the Hilton Resort Bali. Just a week after it changed from Nikko to a Hilton, but I barely noticed that they had just gone through such a large change. The location is spectacular, great view of the ocean. Also the beachsand is made up for tiny pieces of coral which makes this one of the only white beaches in Bali. The food was good. The best part for me were the staff and service which was excellent! They were kind, helpful, interested and always smiling. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Nusa Dua!

A great hotel in Nusa Dua. It's nice and quiet especially the beach area. It feels like you are in a secluded island. Very relaxing. Heaps of monkeys which are quite gorgeous and docile and does not interfere with the guests at all. The hotel has that Balinese flavour on it too.

Have just come back from 7 days at the Grand Nikko and it was grand in everyday. Though an older hotel built in 1996, the decor the sweeping ocean views beautiful gardens and internal spaces and art make it very special, The rooms are large and comfortable, the staff are simply amazing without exception as for the food can't fault it if you can push yourself away from the breakfast buffet good luck. Its especially great for children with a number of pools water slides and a jungle kids camp. I booked it for my daughter and granddaughter and was pleasantly rewarded with every aspect. It is being taken over by The Hilton group in December not sure how that will change the service I am hoping not.

They ruined the wave with the jetty.

This hotel cares more about money than the natural beauty this diverse country has to offer. Watch out. You wont be having surfers visiting anymore. Sick money loving rats.

Believe it or not they have camels in the hotel, they have private beach where you can fully enjoy Bali without any distraction. It's located in Nusa Dua. Btw the main road to this place is very quite and there is no public transportation, but the hotel has shuttle until 9 PM that can bring you to the city center.

Their security in front gate was so rude, not only one but most of them, and for prestigious hotel like Grand Nikko, they should have make up their security's uniform to the new one.
, because it's been so awful and the fabrics have been faded away.

This is our second stay at Nikko, staff is super friendly and courteous. We've stayed in several 5* hotel in Nusa Dua area, but so far Grand Nikko is my personal favorite.
We tried every restaurant inside the hotel, love the breakfast, dinner at the SHORE by the beach was an amazing experience, even though the buffet is just average. The best is BRASSERIE, the restaurant features both indoor and outdoor dining overlooking the Indian Ocean, food is amazing, one of the best we had so far, and the price is very very reasonable. (Steak dinner for two under US30). Even the small cafe at the lobby has a very decent pie. Overall dinning experience was great.
We stayed at the deluxe beach front room, spacious room with balcony with a view that will take your breath away.

We spent the last 3 days of our honeymoon at this resort. Could not have chosen a better place to chill out before returning to Australia. We stayed in the Nikko Club Pool Access room which gave us plenty of extras, most notably, free gourmet brekky & free cocktails in the Nikko Club between 5pm-7pm each night. The maze of perfectly heated pools throughout the resort & swim-up bar ensure you rarely have to get out of the water. The beach is right there too, private & clean, no hassles. One of, if not the, most relaxing places we have ever stayed at. One more thing Waterslide! :)
