I stay for a night with my friends. We booked 2 family rooms. It was big, the living room has a sofa and a wide table and a pool view from the balcony. Worth it ^^

Well never stay there, only for swimming on weekend. Clean pool and not so crowded. Very cheap, I'm not sure if the price is different for local and foreigners. I pay 25K for swimming, get pool towel and drink. 35K, towel + drink + spingroll. 45K, towel + drink + friend rice. So cheap right. My suggestion, go here on Saturday morning. Not so much people.

Great hotel with complete dining utensils for family on vacation. Love the whirlpool and the view. The downside is this place is quite far from city center and beaches.

Great loaction..not too far from the airport. The staff was helpfull to get us motorbikes and daily cooked breakfast . We stayed at the residencea with a pool..the rooms and toilets were spaciousa huge lobby to enjoy a private family time.. all kitchen amenities. Excellent lighting and decor . Great breeze and open area for kids to playa roof to fly kites and enjoy the night stars.

Spooky hotel. looks old and so dark. and not so clean.. the air con looks soooo oldd.. and the room smell never ever again stay there. worst hotel i ever been.. but the good side is. the staff are very very very friendly and helpfull..

Highly recommend this place in calm place to relax around the pool or rooftop. I guess the best choice if you just want to be out of the crowded beachfront and still easy to reach the center in minutes. Large choice of shops and restaurant with my favorite restaurant Dua with the best food you will find on the island. We miss already the reception staff who speaks excellent English and help us out wit all our requests .

It's ok. Can be overwhelmed by tourist buses. Umalas roads are too small You need a motorbike here - better values are nearby.

The apartment rooms are not very clean, towels are old and stained, toilets leak water. 2 cups provided in each room regardless of the fact 4 people staying in that apartment room. Kitchen has no crockery, cutlery or cookware what's the point of having a kitchen? House keeping cleans your cups but does not dry them, so they appear to still be dirty & unusable.
Hotel breakfast is average, not much variety.

The only plus was that the STAFF were WONDERFUL and very helpful to try fix many of the issues.

Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Room is fancy, very well-furnished. There is a microwave, sink, plates, etc in the room. The balcony is tranquil especially at night. The hotel is quite close to the beach, you can rent a bike.

This hotel is far from the main road, but that's not the problem here. The air conditioner in my room and the living room doesn't work properly. It blew hot air and apparently calling the house keeping 5times doesn't do anything. At the 6th time, finally the technician came and fix it. After 15minutes, it broke again and blew hot air, and we called the house keeping again from 9pm several times, but no one came in and we slept with our sweats.
