I booked Dekuta Hotel in Bali through Agoda. I am really sorry to say that this is the most unprofessional hotel I have ever seen or heard of. To start with when I checked in to 317, they didn't give us towels and said that their laundry has not delivered the towels. The I said I want to talk to someone senior and within 5 minutes they give us 1 towel. Then I realized that they have not given us a converter and I asked for 1. First answer was no, but again after some time they gave me one. Then I realized the air conditioner is not working, first they try to fix it but then in the evening they changed the room to 102. The air conditioner was working properly in 102. But next day morning (6th) I saw earthworms allover the bathroom. I complained again, they said they did some treatment when we were out. On 7th morning again we saw the earthworm and we complained. Since they did not had any room available, we got a new room in night. This time room no 210. When I checked in I realized air-condition was leaking and the safe was not working. Then they just sent a person to fix both. Although locker is fixed but I am not so sure about air conditioner. I tried to call agoda Malaysia & Indonesia in my international roaming but could not get to an agent after 3-4mins. Booking number - 266299165. The hotel deserves less but you can not give less than 1 star.

Hotel is walking distance to the beach and night life. Just next to it is the shopping mall: there are plenty of street vendors along the lane: few restaurants just outside the hotel

Only stayed here for the afternoon before our flight home, no faults, great western rooms that were clean and good bathroom, which is exactly what we were after. The restaurant out the front was awesome too, great food.

Love everything about this hotel. Spacious and clean room. My room has a balcony, good breakfast, 5 minutes walk to the beach and beachwalk mall. The minus only poor wifi and hot water not stable

Very Good hotel. Only less 5 minutes walk to the beach. Clean room. Friendly staff. Closer to every place around kuta and legian. Room rates is not too expensive/cheap. Budgeting hotel. I feel comfortable stay at dekuta. Thx you dekuta management. All the best for stay at dekuta. I will stay at dekuta if i'm come back in bali again. See you

The bed is felt old not comfortable. We need to ask for the amenities, only soap dispenser available inside room.
Breakfast is not buffet breakfast, only choosing 1 menu and the waiter is not nice, because when I want to bring my breakfast to my room, they said, "u can bring it by your self because we dont have that service" Really not helping, so I have to come back twice time to bring it all by my self, luckily my room just at the second floor because the hotel dont have elevator. And my pancake is not well cook, because they are liquid batter in the middle inside the pancake.
The good thing is other staff is nice except the restaurant staf. And very near to go to the beach.

Facing the pool and nearby amenities. It offer a quiet and peaceful stay. Near to Kuta Beach. Room is clean and have a bathtub. Housekeeping and reception is prompt and fast.

When I stay here, I stay for 3 nights. First night, I got room in ground floor. Easy access to pool, but got insect inside the room and bathroom. And I ask to change room, receptionist is very fast and good. Then after change room, we enjoy to stay in here. Minus is, for moslem, becareful when eat breakfast. I saw got pork in the menu.

My first time here The staffs are friendly, need more maintenance for the hot water because it took long time to get hot.

Nice boutique hotel close to beach in Poppies 2 staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. I stay here every time I have to come back to Bali (10+ stays so far ). Would recommend ground level pool rooms

Pelayanan SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN. Kamar tidak bersih. Kamar mandi kotor dan berdebu.
Very disapointing service. The room is not clean. Even the toilet are dirty and dusty.

rooms basic , more of a hostel than a hotel superb for those on a budget and surfers as the beach is right next door, corner room is bad no view and tiried, as is the whole hotel. still woke up early to the man upgrading the room above with drill and sander so they are investing, breakfast poor in bar attached, go elsewhere. pool large, clean and has seperate shower, would return if i had mosquito net, earplugs for the young folk

hotel is located behind the Beachwalk Mall, within walking range of Kuta Beach (walk through the mall). the hotel is a bit poor in sanitation and facility. there is pool in the hotel which is quite nice.

Long checkin, no towels in the room, rooms and public areas not too clean and look very tired. Do not believe the marketing photos, they must have been taken ages ago. Only positive is a close proximity to the bars and beach.

This is located at the back of Sheraton Hotel and Mall. Dekuta hotel has a good facility, good service rendered by their people. the pool and the room. But they have a poor aircon and poor internet connection in 3rd floor.

But still it's a nice place to stay with, for 600,000,000 IRP.
