If you're about to book a room from this hotel, please read my review as well, you might found some bad reviews about this hotel, but first, the room we stayed didn't smell bad at all. The Hotel has nice beds and bed covers, comfortable room and clean. They have a swiming pool and billiard pool too, bar on 1st floor with big screen usually Moto Gp, UFC (Mostly sports). Drinks are pretty cheap. The Room we stayed was really cheap compared to the facility we had, its worth it after all. The down side of this hotel is only the parking lot, which they dont have, but you can park across and it only costs you a penny for a day. Staff are kind especially the lady staff not a big fan of the male Foh, but whatever we had a good time staying at this hotel. Thanks Jocs!

Let's start with the positives.
The room had air-conditioning and the hotel had a nice little indoor pool (unreachable by the sun. Unfortunately that is the end of the positives.
On with the drawbacks:
1. The room did NOT look like the advertisement. It presented itself as a higher end hotel, sadly this is not the case. The room finishings where shabby at best, especially the bathroom (which I will get back to).
2. Looking out the window there was nothing to see except a wall stretching out in every direction, completely covering any kind of view or sunshine.
3. The staff weren't very helpful nor did they show any interest in attempting communication. There is of course a language barrier, but that didn't seem to stop staff in other hotels making an effort. The staff here were more occupied with the pool table in their sports bar.
4. The bathroom. This was the biggest let down. The shower looked unclean and unkept, which is not a nice site when it is made from nothing more than concrete. Same goes for the sink area.
4.5 during the night the hose next to the toilet began spraying water over the bathroom. Perhaps this could be overlook as breakages are unavailable. Unfortunately, couple this with the lack of light able to enter the room and our jetlag (this was our first night in Bali); we thought it was just the rain oitside and spent hours in a half asleep state trying to rest.
5. Given the above we decided to cut our stay short. We explained to them the situation and they agreed to give us a refund. We booked through Airbnb. To this date we are yet to receive the refund and are not expecting it even though we have contacted them.response / report this review -

I really didn't like this place. The room was dark and smelly, the bathroom was disgusting and foul. The whole place is really run down, it's as if it doesn't have an owner who cares for it. I do not recommend this place, especially for the money they charge. The beds are not bad and the aircon is working well.

The hotel is clean and cheap.the employees is friendly. Near to everyehere, to the beach, Beachwalk mall and other entertainment venues. Hotel guest are mostly foreign tourist. Every night in the lobby ther is a musical entertainment even so forth. Just fun to stay in the hotel. I like it

Cozy room, but the shower's water pressure are too strong that when i turn it on (when it was hanged), it slipped off and hitted my head :'

Big room, good location.. but if u own vehicle u must pay for parking, 50k/day for car and 10k/ day for bike..

Loved the family room. There are shops nearhy. 5 to 7 mins to beach.friendly staff. Pool is too deep. Rooftop pool was not cleaned. Breakfast buffet was unavail due to less guest

Great value, nice staff. We stayed in superior twin queen bed room. The place just need some TLC. The room is less spacious and less lit than the picture. The bathroom is a little bit moldy, but still usable, the shower curtain is too small, there was a leakage in the bathroom in our room but all in all still comfy and usable. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, high quality bedding, good shelves. There are complimentary tea bags but no coffees. The rooftop jacuzzi was under maintenance when we were there. There is no view in our room, there is a big window, but it oversees a wall. But for the amount we paid for, this hotel was superb. Located near Legian street and near the beach

Reasonable price and near to Legian beach. Surrounded by shops and markets. Also food court, restaurant are available nearby. A swimming pool on roof top. Lift facility is there and small restaurant at ground floor. They can arrange texi for you.
