My husband and I stayed in the Nagoya mansion and residence for 2 nights in room 1205. We booked the deluxe apartment room type without knowing it a deluxe room without facilities such as water flask, hair dryer and phone. The furnitures, bed sheet and towels look old, and some of the metal parts such as door knob side are rusty. We do not recommend the deluxe apartment if you looking for a new and modem place to stay.

Good hotel and apartment. I rented two apartments in a row. Your satisfaction will depend on the host, the owner of the apartment. In one apartment, everything seemed to be OK except that it had not been cleaned for sometime. I cleaned it and 10 minutes later everything was fine. In the other one, everything was clean, except that the blanket smelled bad and moldy, like it was put inside the drawer for years.
Location wise it is excellent. Right in the middle of the city, and you could walk to near by mall in 5 minutes. There are more than 100 restaurants there I sent my clothes to the express laundry, 120 m down the street from the hotel. Cheap What else? Transport? Order Grab or better Go Car.

The rooms are well kept and clean. Hotel staffs are very friendly. However, the level of inroom dinning is bad. Food arrived cold, ice-cream melted and considered expensive for that area. For the breakfast, it is simple but if you are going during peak period, the staffs might not be able to cope like slow service and might run out of food before the end time of the breakfast. Would still recommend the hotel if you are able to settle your own food. Swimming pool is more like a fun pool, too small for real swimming.

Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence is an amazing hotel! It is right in the middle of popular attractions and is really near to the Nagoya Hill Mall. The rooms are really great and spacious with nice views and ample amenities. The pool and breakfast are top-notch and splendid. The staff were very friendly and were approachable. Some even provided us extra services which were welcomed, such as guides around Batam. Recommended!!

Service staff are friendly, but service is bad. We had a room without basic things such as towels and shower gel & shampoo. When asked for it they took 45 mins to an hour to deliver to the room (we had to call them 4 times to have it delivered) .

Room looks a bit run down. Booked a suites which suppose to have a kitchenette, turn out to be just an extra space, no microwave, no utensils. Breakfast lack variety and quality of food is below avaerage. Location is good, about 10 mins walk from Nagoya Hill shopping mall and 15 mins ride away from Harbour bay ferry terminal. Price for the hotel is cheap, so if you are looking for a convenient place to crash for the night. This could a good choice.

On 08/09/2017 I came to batam with my group of friends being greeted by your staff named Ryan. The first time when he greeted with all smiles and ready to be of help to us on our trip. He lead us to his car n help us with our bags n lugages.. so we made our way to the hotel. He is friendly n courteous. N best of all he is going to be our guide for two days..

Upon reaching the hotel all the staff in the concierge is ready to help us with our bags n lead us to the guest check in served by a wonderful gentleman polite n soft spoken. He explain to us n check us in. He also apologise for the room delay as they are getting it ready.

The room was big n clean. All of us were happy.
I get good service fr the guide Ryan for the two days he been driving us around batam and helping us fi d the things we need to buy n eat.. His patience, dedication to serving us makes us so happy n we had an enjoyable time.

From the first guide Ryan who became guide n our map, the concierge who help us with our bag, the reception who check us in, the room service who took the order n who delivered a birthday cake for our birthday ladies, the maintenance man who check on our fridge n aircon all of them deserve a great compliment. They are the faces of Nagoya Mansion which i and my friends will not forget. They have done a great job. Kudos to all of the staff in Nagoya Mansion Hotel. We shall meet again to feel the great hospitality again.. Thank you for the great experience.

Decent and affordable hotel near to nagoya hill mall. Friendly staff willing to spend time showing the facilities around. Walkable to nagoya mall within 5-7 minutes, too bad no proper pedestrian and the path is dark at night, not recommended for lady to walk alone at night to the mall, please take cab or motorcycle ojek.

We stayed 2 nights at Deluxe room on Dec 5 and 6. Need deposit about SGD50 but no welcome drinks. Room is big enough for couple me and my wife. Got mini bar, 2 complimentary mineral water bottles, coffee and safety box but no balcony. Complimentary breakfast is at 3rd floor, gym, spa and swimming pool (a small one) are at the 3rd floor too.

Overall service was very good from the Porter, to the Hotel taximan, cafe waitress were very attentive.
A good night sleep didn't hear any mosque prayer in the morning at 4 am that can wake the guests up as seen in some of the review!
Value for money , highly recommended to friends to try this service Excellent Hotel!

Staying at business mansion room 1720 since ystdy 17 till 19 march 2016. Its a non smoking room however upon entering the room, the sofa got holes seems like burnt from cigarette. The pillow case in the main bedroom got holes too. The table at thr living room got burnt mark too. Coffee sachet only 1 pkt.no minibar onside. No toothbruush and toothpaste. Is this worth calling a buisness two bedroom mansion?We r not given welcome drink upon reaching the mansion. No fruit basket.. As shown on tv chnl 1. My don supposed to join us but he is busy with his schedule. As he is a journalist. Ive taken few shots photos abt all above. Am not complaining but just expressing my disappointment. We hv brkfst n its the worst food ever.. The cup that i took it is chip off on top I took photo abt that too.. Guessed my son got a lot of things to write abt Nagoya Mansion. U might asked why then i stay here? Thats bcos it got good review online but we r deceived by all those good remarks. Sorry for my bluntness..

Good ambience here. Live band & iga bakar (grilled beef ribs) promotion for February 2016 is a great deal. The walk to Nagoya Hill Mall opens more options of food, massage & shopping. Thank you for the lovely stay here @ Nagoya Mansion. Will definitely come here again.
The early morning prayer call from the Mosque awakens me for a rejuvenating new day for me to begin the day with gym sessions for a healthy workout before heading for breakfast.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but we were more than happy with our room! We had a business suite. It had a living area, kitchenette, 2 bdr, 2 toilets wt rainshower and since we were on a higher floor, we had a pretty decent view of Nagoya.
Chk in and out was a little slow, breakfast spread could hv been bigger. And the pool could hv been not just by the restaurant. But these are minor issues in an otherwise enjoyable experience at the hotel.
