The swimming pool is at the very top of the hotel and you can see mount agung on Bali. The restaurant for breakfast is also here and the food is decent. Not the fastest service, but pretty decent taste. For the room, we really enjoyed it. The shower is in an open air space. Rooms are a very comfortable size. We also got a room with a private pool and this was awesome! Great addition for a dip even at night!

This is a very good resort. Have a good view and authentic design of rooms. Not in the beach side, so you have to walk or riding a cab to go there.

Located down the Kerandangan hills with green and fresh atmosphere. Svarga Resort is recommended place for those who slightly love the hills atmosphere with fresh air. It is also nearby to Kerandangan Beach where many coconut trees stand in line and create a beautiful scenery.

the employee really bad, i came to the receptionist riding motorcycle and they gave a really bad service(they underestimate me) i will never come to this hotel anymore. even though i already paid my hotel room for 3 days there and my family came with 4 people and i knew that the maximum of the person inside is only 2 thats why i came to the receptionist to ordering new room but they dont give me a good service(no smile, underestimate face, and bad attitude!) NEXT TIME YOU GUYS SHOULD WELCOME EVERY PERSON AND NEVER UNDERESTIMATE SOMEONE. THANKS, Best Regards Nathaniel Irawan

Svarga Resort was an excellent part of our Lombok trip. The rooms were comfortable, nice and tastefully decorated and the hotel itself, being built on a hillside, was a beautiful and interesting set of structures. Do note however, that being a resort, one cannot avoid the presence of insects so do expect a few of them in the open areas of your accommodation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in all regards, whether it was sharing nearby locations or helping us make our stay more comfortable.

One thing to note is that the breakfast is not a buffet like normal resorts, you select items from a menu and they make them for you. Food at the restaurant is generally good and we weren’t disappointed in the quality at all.

If it’s one thing I have to say is bad about the hotel, it’s a little distance away from everything so you can’t just walk to most locations except for a nearby convenience store. Everything else however, is close to perfect.

This place is beautiful and quite. I was staying in neima room, the ambient was so calm and big space. Totally in love. The bathtub was huge and nice look with outdoor style but too bad it didn't work properly, the hot water only runs less than a half tub and there's leaking too. So the bathtub never filled up and cold. The staff were so friendly.

Superb service even at the beginning of their opening. The view is really nice with the sea in front and lush greenery around. Such a pleasant view. The room is made to secure the guests privacy. Wonderful place to relax and enjoying solitude or the charm of someone's company. Everything is made for the guest comfort, but may be not the many stairs

We stayed in Neima 305. The best room EVER!!! I would simply rate in 10/10. The private pool, the size is so huge with the extravagant room and sleek design inside, the bath tub, (OMG the bath tub). Hahaha no regrets at all!

Nice rooms and amazing view from the pool. The staff is particularly friendly and the breakfast is good. Generally the hotel is nicely designed but the maintenance and cleanliness could be improved.

this resort is so cozy, we took honeymoon package that include private pool in our room with a good view, outdoor bathroom, city tour, romantic dinner by the pool, lunch and also spa. the staffs are so friendly. And Svarga only offer HALAL food and they dont serve alcohol drinks at the restaurant or room service.

Neima room is nice and spacious. Largely lizard free ;) Nice deep private pool but not too long.
Great breakfast with option of delivering to room.
We tried the couple spa and it's perfect. Male masseuse available.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Some distance from the main strip, but taxis are readily available and cheap. Walkable distance a hilly ~2km if you are up for it. With nice street food with cliff view and a nice cafe along the way. A convenience store is 'convenient'ly located right next to the hotel too!
Great hotel overall, will come back again to try the presidential suite.

Very much enjoyed the time we stayed there. I even captured a photo of milky way right above the hotel. However, the lift is a bit problematic. It gets to shacky and slow. Furthermore, were traped inside the lift for a moment

Good hip hotel. Not suitable for elders because of too many steps. The place is hilly and if you got a room om the top, it's quite a hike. Nice view though

Svarga means "heaven" and this place feels just like it. The design is simply gorgeous making you feel relaxed and calm in your holiday. The only bad thing would be the ants however that may be unavoidable

Good concept and settings, unfortunately the bed quality not really good. Our bed creaking and fallen twice. We complained about this to front office after it happened on the first night. Once we returned after long day trip, the bed looks ok, but after we slept on it, it starts creaking again and fell in the mid section.
Breakfast and dinner were great though.

Svarga is one of hotel close to Senggigi area. Beautiful, stylish design in a stunning location and great vibe. They have excellent facilities, with great beautiful infinity pool, the restaurant has a wonderful view across the tree tops. The food in the restaurant is very good with a wide range of meals on offer. The staff at Svarga are wonderful and smart. They are very caring and have a great sense of humour. The rooms are fresh clean and new. Its a well maintained and looked after place.

The resort is nice & quiet for a good relaxing holiday but they need to improve on the following:
1) Maintenance - the resort & room are not well maintained. Cracked walls, faded wooden furnitures, etc
2) Cleaniliness - supposingly clean towels are all stained & have holes in them. Housekeeping needs to be taught to have a checklist of what they should do as when we checked in, we found a half drunk mineral water bottle which we thought was new & unopened; drinking glass was not washed as there was still water inside but it was left on the table with the cover on as though it was clean; waste bins not emptied, ants everywhere (from the bathroom to the bedroom), bathroom & bedroom were not cleaned properly, etc
3) Hospitality - though the employees are all smile & courteous, but language was definitely a barrier. They don't understand English

Last but not least, the housekeeping left the broom on the chair in the bedroom

Well, stylish, very good private pool, open space, close to the center.
No alcohol but this is no problem u can bring it in. Front desk was correct, pretty and always helpful.

Abolutely nogo was the housekeeping.
Thousands of ants, I had to insist two times to force housekeeper to fog them. Fruits were left in the room till they became taken over by the flies. Towels were not replaced.
Second negative point was no shower. I couldn't believe that but there was only a bath tub.
