Well service,friendly staff and nice view hotel. But this hotel is so far away to cafe or another place. You can use bicycle or cidomo to reach there.

Nice resort, it is located in the more quiet side of the island. They have bicycles and snorkeling gear for rent. The food at the restaurant is pretty good aswell, good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Great resort with friendly staff. Grab the new rooms if you can in the rear of the resort. It's a ways walk from the strip but a nice walk. Can't stress how friendly all the staff are and the swim up bars are great.

Our stay at this resort was really great!! Sea facing resort with 2 swimming pools and calm environment that's how I like to spend my vacation. Service is great along with food. You will get nice options in breakfast, it will be American plus Asian breakfast. Melah spa is also nice. In general I would recommend this hotel for stay. Few meters to the left or west, you will get nice glimse of wonderful sunset.

Place is calm, peaceful having ocean view for restaurant. Rooms are clean. Had bad experience with spa though, only one person is there who gives massage at the same time attend calls, so unprofessional experience for spa of this resort.

BED BUGS
Stayed 2 nights at the beginning of Jan 2018 and on the first night got bed bugs bites all over my back. We stayed in one of the poolside rooms at the back of the hotel.
The following morning - staff weren’t apologetic, had to fight to get a refund for that night and move rooms and no effort was made to make up for the inconvenience and annoyance of our experience.
Breakfast wasn’t as good as many (cheaper) places they we stayed in during our trip - felt unclean in the breakfast area (chef was scratching behind his ears then cooking our omelette).
Staff were smiley but didn’t seemed to be trained to a high standard given the price the hotel is charging.

The rooms are good quality for their price with large bathrooms. The bathrooms are not air-conditioned though. The staff are super friendly and greet you throughout the day. Both pools are great and both have bars in them which are staffed most of the day. The restaurant is also good quality with tasty affordable food and a good selection for breakfasts. It is somewhat far from the main town area, around a 30 minute walk, but this meant it was nice and quiet. The only downside was the WiFi being somewhat unreliable. We would stay again if we visited Gili Trawangan.

some staff are friendly but some staff are not especially to the local guest (like me). the food is quite good. the room service didn't do their work well. I asked to repair pipe in my bathroom but they didn't finish it. i had to ask more than once. the room is okay. they have large room.

A perfect place for a family holiday on Gili Trawangan. Situated a bit further south from the Party Zone on the island, This beautiful beachfront resort offers a more laid-back athmospher in the crawded party island, Gili Trawangan.

Half of star if i could. Slow service, first the food and then the silverware. First the hamburger and 10 min. later the ketchup. The risotto was cold and half of the hughe plate they give you. For simple and easy drinks it could be good but dont ask anything more from these place.

The room is semi detached type, very spacious and clean. The garden outside the room is beautiful and cozy. Beach is just infront of the hotel. The staff here all are friendly and helpful. Inexpensive foods. Highly recommended.

Comfortable rooms & clean toilets.
Pool is nice.
Room service are friendly.
Windows in the bathroom can't get shut so lizards, mosquitoes, Cockroaches & other insects can get inside the room.

Neat modern style cottages. It's clean, fully furnished, and offer a nice seating in front of the beach near snorkeling point. There's a nice swimming pool. Breakfast is OK for Indonesian taste buds. Quite far from the bustling Gili T main street, 25 minutes bicycle ride. Approximately same distance to the fancy west side of Gili T. Stay here if you want a calm environment. Nice and fast wifi.

We stayed 2 night here the room's clean but we got a little water in our bath room. Slow service in restaurant. We rent bike but in someplace near nico nico swimwear i've got accident cause of chain bike can't working and i need to repaired in another rent. I thought this bicycle very not good maintenance cause lots of sands around chain. And yes this hotel far from harbour we took idr 150 for andong

Stayed a night in this hotel. The room is nice and clean. Has outdoor swimming pool and beachfront restaurant. Kind staffs but very slow service especially the restaurant. The location is pretty hard to reach. The road is disconnected because of abrasion so it's pretty far from harbour. Had to take cidomo for Rp. 150.000,-

Hotel/resort: 7 out of 5*. Clean and very nice staff.
Restaurant 2 out of5*.
Very slow and no logistics in the restaurant. Got main course before starter, and some else didn't even got their main course. Asked for a burger with bacon, got one with Red cabbage instead. The restaurant is just a chaotic place. There are better restaurants nearby.

We have a romantic honeymoom moments there..
Great journey starting from Denpasar, Bali to Gili Trawangan where this Oceano Jambuluwuk lies on.
The place is great .. clean.. have beautiful beach..
The service is also excellent. The staff are so polite and helpful.
