Located in downtown, the governor of NTB and the major of mataram office building are nearby, gramedia book store is just 10 minute walk. The hotel & staff were great whilethe wifi in the room was terrible.🙏

The service as usual is good. Food is ok. The location is close to many main province governments building. You even can find yard in the front of hotel but it is quite far from the airport.

Located in the center of the city. More of a business hotel based on its location and layout. It has the same standard as other Santika hotels. However the room looks quite old despite it was relatively a new hotel. My colleague had to move to other room because the AC(?) in her initial room was leaking

Convenient hotel, cozy restaurant, friendly staff in all areas, speedy checkin, and, surprisingly, I got the Santika Important Person card for free. I will enjoy the benefit of this card.

One of the best hotel in Mataram, just about 200 meter to Islamic Center Masjid, near to bank office, and in front of it is a park. Friendly staff n big lobby, with a lot of facilities, such as swimming pool, gym, function room, big space of parking lot in front of the hotel and on the basement.

Good place to have a rest, spacious room, comfy bed, quick check in process, I love the gym, breakfast is so beautiful and a lot of choice, it feel like us as the customer get spoiled with all kind of food on the breakfast, thank you santika

Very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and professional. Beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is excellent, bathrooms are clean and nice. Breakfast was superb with a mix of Indonesian and Western foods.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The shower was fabulous. Very attractive facility. The breakfast was actually insane. A variety of Indonesian, other Asian, and Western options. I'd stay at Santika over and over just for the included breakfast. Highly recommended!
