Very nice place to stay. Views from the hotel are great for sunset and beach. You can see the sunset from the sunbeds, Balinese beds or even from rooftop. The outside is beautiful. We stayed at the rooms across the main street (garden view) and they were ok. Bed very comfortable but no luxury rooms. Good to have rest. Rooms with beach views must be nicer.
People at the hotel very nice and kind. Had a great time with them. Also very helpful for anything you may need.

Clean. Absolutely fantastic staff. Very good breakfast. Good AC in the room. Quaint pool and lounging areas. Chairs in porch need repair but we didn't ask. Right on the beach. Beach isn't fantastic but it's plenty nice.

there are 2 kind of rooms.
Room with sea view (near pool and bar) and room across the main street (doesnt have good view). make sure which room will you get.

We have had a standard room, which wasn't even in the main building. The room was okeyish. Breakfast was definitely ok, you could select indonesien food, eggs or pancakes as much as you want from the buffet.

If you are thinking to spend your holiday in Senggigi, you can pick Sunset House to your list of hotel to be stayed. First reason of course because the place not too pricey.

They have Very Big Rooms. Pool by the beach. Clean and Neat. Location is a bit off from the busy tourist hang out. If you have that intention for peace and quiet, 5 stars for you. I was there on a photography session, so most of my time is out field. International TV channels are very very very limited. Well I will be glad to go back for it's great value. :-)

Nice place, clean, friendly. However, standard rooms are across the road and not on the beach. The pool was also under construction and we were not informed prior to booking.

Good location, friendly staff, sea view, nice swimming pool.
What needs to improve:
- the room that facing swimpool need to be hardened and put some sound and shock absorber (because evertime big waves and wind.. the glass will shaking and make some noises)

- need more light on the garden.. because too dark. One may slip and fall because not stepping on the right path.

This is clearly one of the better places in the area. Batu Bolong beach is much nicer than Senggigi beach, they have a nice and well kept garden, the pool is clean (but has way too much chlorine in the water, will hurt your eyes), service was good (sometimes a little bit complicated) and the first floor beach-side room was in an excellent state. First they offered a ground floor room which had a smell (sewage seems to be a problem in the whole area) but as they also had the other room available this was no problem for us. Restaurant is as expensive as all restaurants in the area (compared to the rest of Lombok, still cheap by Western-European standards) but food was ok. From what I saw by walking around and eating out in various places at this beach, Alberto seems to be the top spot, offering first class food and some bungalows as well.
