You won't be disappointed, this hotel has very nice view (they have Hollywood-esque sign which is quite photogenic). The food the was quite authentic (i've tried their Ayam Taliwang, a local cuisine). Too bad i can't share anything about the rooms, because i didn't stay here.

Really nice hotel it very clean, new and beautiful. Breakfest was delicious and great. A little bit noisy at night because of nearer club around the hotel. But still so worth it for stay. Recommended to you all. Love it so much

I came here to join Market Update and TERA Refreshment Training 2018. The hotel looked so good and nice. I didn't enter the room but Medana Meeting Room. The meeting room was such a cozy place. The receptionist was so helpful.

Excellent! I don't know where to start. The room is quite big with balcony. Nice shower. Love the room ambient. Full facility with outdoor pool, gym, and also has jogging track. Friendly staff, the breakfast was amazing, from local and Western food, a lot of dessert options too.

Their service were top notched! Beautiful place, scenaries and rooms! It's a shame I had only a night with this place! They even had a mini library outside of the rooms, in the hallway! And they have gym access as well. The beach is just across the road, too!

The hotel ambiance is actually good..however the facility is really bad. I stayed in superior cottage twin room, the bed room is very narrow, you have to squeeze your body. There is no place to put your bags, no space to put your towels after taking a bath, because no space or something can use to hang your wet towel or just want to hang your clothes if you don't want to wear it temporary or you want to dry a little bit after swimming. No body lotion in the room. Today, even no one cleaning the room. I went out in the morning 9.00 am and back to hotel around 17.30, and the room/cottage still very messy. The garbage bin outside and the dirty glass still thereI am really disappointed staying here and not recommended for coming back.

A nice enough place to stay if you want to get away from your usual busy life. They also offer a variety of local and internatio al food for breakfast. The hotel has 2 separate swimming pools..to the delight of young guests, also a simple hiking trek within the premises.

Security card for every level and room.
Breakfast- local food and cuisin. All you want. Jamu also provided by fair, nice and lovely staf.
Room- nice. Don't forget to reel down bath curtain right after you go inside because the wall made of clear glass. The person on the bed can see you.
Pool- dont go near the clear glass. Person from the room's balcony can see what are you doing, what you wear in the water.
Massage and pub on level 2.
Spa and Gym- I don't try it yet.
Night- In front of the hotel, some warung(local food) on walkside. Fast food KFC. For person that forever young, there's a karaoke with horny girl from outside Lombok and there's a lounge, 🍻 and grill with live band.

Wonderful resort. Close walk to town for meals/water/milk etc. Bungalows very comfy & tidy. Both pools great. Bed comfy, bathroom great & air conf works fantastic. Staff friendly. Across road is beach. Breakfast is good only thing is didn't have bacon only eggs toast fruit hot drinks + cold for Aussie breaky. If you like all other types of food + Indonesian breakfast fantastic. We loved staying for our two days.

Its a modernly design but still you can feel the traditional touch. Great room with nice balkon.. you can easily operate electricity and have a good time doing some work if you have you in your room. A desk with nice desk light is provided in the room.. the food are oke but you can also taste some traditional beverage or breakfast.. it is clean and smell good..

This hotel seems that 3 star rating is too low. Service is nice, food at restaurant is great, rooms are clean with nice king size beds. Bathroom is also big with large shower. Air conditioning in room works great. Nearby the hotel there are markets and restaurants. Only problem in hotel is bad smell from sewage system.

It's a beautiful hotel with very comfortable room, i got 6 pillows and have a really nice sleep. It has complete personal item amenity. The breakfast is really delicious, i love the Nasi Goreng and Potato Parsley. What a great place for Staycation in Lombok!

spacious room although the wooden floor gets squeaky. the beach is just one step away and it has nice nightclubs next door. convinience store is within walking distance as well. very nice view from 3rd floor.but, make sure you don't forget to bring your breakfast ticket or the waiter at the door will not let you in. the food is so so.not much variation. the electricity goes off sometimes in the area.

Lovely family holiday visit

We had a wonderful stay at Aruna – a family vacation, eight people staying 10 days – and would like to thank the allways helpful and pleasant staff so much! We got to know the place and surroundings fairly well, and have no problems recommending it.

The Superior Garden View Bungalows we stayed in were newly renovated, and a pleasure to stay in. Large, nice beds, plenty of lights and electrical outlets, a TV set (but with limited choice of channels), a small fridge (with reasonably priced drinks and snacks), a walled “back yard” space for drying clothes, and terrace with table and chairs. The pearl was however the bathroom, large and with two bidet showers for the toilet and an impressive shower with both large and hand set showers and plenty of hot water – lovely!

The garden was a beautiful place, full of vegetation and ponds with water lilies everywhere. The pool area was nice enough, but a bit run down. They are building a new, large section next door, which may be the reason for this priority. The restaurant was across the road, at the beach. Crossing the road was less of a nuisance that initially expected, us having children running around, as the guards always rushed in to help with stopping traffic.

It’s a nice restaurant, varied menu and good food (wonderful fish soup), and you can sit under roof or below the large trees, all overlooking the sea. They serve breakfast, and after it being a tad lacking the first two days, enough guests arrived and they opened a buffet, which was simple but varied and satisfactory. The coffee was however horrible, so we resorted to bringing our own… Oh, well.

The beach below the restaurant was pleasant for enjoying sight and sounds, but when we tried to take the kids snorkelling it turned out to be too rough, with heavy waves and sandy water. It was then either the pool, or a bit of travel. The area adjacent to the hotel had plenty of restaurants in either direction (Square and Alfredo being clear favourites), and a few smaller shops covering daily needs, except if trying to find alcohol.

All in all, Aruna Senggigi deserves a five-rating. It wasn’t perfect, but it was close enough, good value for the money, and a very nice place to stay in Senggigi.
