Friendly staff, comfortable bed, design interior looks old, breakfast menu was good, too difficult to find power cord in the room.

I like it and its service. Really good! But why not 5 stars? Because the new swimming pool is surrounded by rooms, and i just feel uncomfort with it. It's my honest opinion, however it's a good and strategic place.

At night when i slept there, hot water weren't function, and room were rather dirty, there were dust on the table but overall i like the beautiful environment and i like the food, that was delicious

Recommended. Design simple modern, sarapan enak, fasilitas cukup lengkap. Cuma maintenance kurang ketat lg. Soalny pernah dapet kamar ac ny ga dingin sama skali.

I stay 1 night in here and they put me on the old building.
The bathroom really ugly.
The Tv in my room is like my grandma's TV, like really in 2017 u still use the tube tv ????
The breakfast even worse. I cannot find any chicken or meat.
Their main menu only tahu, tempe and sausage. And they really late on refill the food.
Usually if i stay in hotel while eating my breakfast one of the waitress come to offer coffee or tea.
In here no one does.
I really not recommend this hotel.
The only good point they have here just because they have a good landscape.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, fair ammount of plants and trees. The rooms is very clean aswell as the toilets, great swimming pool and great breakfast. The location is very close to restaurants and a mall. This hotel is one of the best low budget hotels.

It's a great place to be when you're in Lombok. lied in the heart of the business area of the city, not very far to the tourism spots and very much affordable. The area designed for garden views with bungalows and swimming pool. Most hotel services in Lombok are so so, friendly attendants with smile but bit lack in communication especially English. But overall i like the whole environment of this hotel.
