This place is really decent place for a stay.The rooms and neat and tidy and staffs are very friendlyThe very great thing about this hotel is it's location.Its located inside the discovery shopping mall which is in out.It made the shopping easier for us and when we step out of the hotel we could see the beachAnd when we step out of the mall there is waterbom Bali straight opposite..The only thing that hit me is the entrance.Since it's inside the mall,we could go through the mall when it's opened and when it's not we have to use the car parking which was very hot and we have to walk a lotThe rooms are good and overall I would suggest this place for the stay

So so hotel with no dedicated entrance. Situated in side big shopping mall. Prepare to walk long corridors. Staffs are friendly. Overpriced restaurant but nice seaview. Breakfast just OK for first morning but same everyday.

Nice place to stay n clean room. In front of the beach and inside discovery mall. Friendly staff n they clean the room n change toiletries daily. Room is nice n the staff leave the aircond on so when we back from tour, the room is cool. Only that the lobby entrance facing the beach and not facing the road side. So if you are back after 10pm, have to reenter hotel lobby via basement because that when the mall close. Also if you want to go out early in the morning, have to go out via basement lobby as well.So better get pak supir to pick you up there instead of walking out through the basement. Overall, its a good place. Lotz of halal food in the mall.

We have been here for 6nights and 7 days hotel is very nice and location is just awesome . Hotel manager Mr. Putra is very friendly and cooperative. All the hotel staff members Ms. Dewi ,Mr. Aryada all are very friendly hotel is near from airport and Indian cuisine restaurants are near by.. it made our stay easier . hotel staff can also arrange sight seeing with good car

This place has the potential to make it better and bigger, but for the budget and location , it's a great place to stay.
Right inside the mall it offers a daily traveller access to all sorts of shopping items.
The mall closes by 10 30 pm so make sure you have your dinner and buy all amenities prior. The rooms are clean and decent, no extravagant additives , very basic and apt.
The staff must be mentioned, the are extremely cordial and always greeting you with a smile ,( this applies to the whole of Bali). To these people the tourists are nothing less than god. "Atithi Devo bhawa " an adage back in my country but applied elsewhere.

Very good hotel, and recommended, just right in the center of kuta, good time in Bali and also have good time in Water Sport Tanjung Benoa recommended place spend only IDR 245.000 for 3 activities, check bestbaliwatersport,com for more info.we love Bali so much.

Very nice place for holidays as rooms are little small but ok fof couple, but hotel situated on sea shore, nice seating arrangemt, in the mall every day there is parties dj music, very nice

What a terrible experience my Mum and I had here. With their online pictures that look amazing. Booking through Expedia our emails detailing ocean views required were never received, apparently, we still had them on our phones and showed the staff, to no avail. Upon staying one night of our 8 booked, our room. prison like, corridors dirty, dirt/bug in beds, window blinds broken, awful views out of dirty windows which also open without any security screens, one plug in the middle of the two beds for everything including boiling the jug? No spoons? No water provided? Also the cabbies had no clue where to drop us off, we walked thru filthy stinky basement of some kind to finally find someone who could point us in the right direction. We did not stay another night in this hotel.

We chose this hotel because of its location next to Discovery Mall. The state of our 2 bed room suite was so disappointing and not being checked properly prior check in. Not clean, the toilet flush was broken and we have to ask for the simple things like teaspoons and boiler! And on the day of checking out, the male staff said to us that there were only 2 mugs in the room when it should have been 4 but we explained to him that there were only 2 mugs when we arrived in the room. Not recommended.

Great valur for money. Ideal location; close to airport, close to a mall and a bunch of good restaurants, and an access to the actual beach. Room is also nice and clean, although some furnitures should be renewed

Location is good. Next to Discovery Shopping Mall. Direct access to public Segara beach - very close to the famous Kuta beach. Across the Waterboom. Close to airport. Free parking at the mall if you stay at the hotel.
WiFi was horrible!!! Booked a room with WiFi but was never able to connect my smartphone.
Room was OK but need to improve amenities and room service.
Breakfast was so-so. Taste was OK but not so many variation.
Some improvements are required as a 3-Star hotel.

What they've shown on pics are not as pretty as it looks. yeah KINDA DISSAPOINT when staying there. well, definitely not a place for a repeat stay.
Standart room is quite small tho. And they only have one electric plug in. seriously?!. ;((
The pool, please don't expect much as you saw the pic on the internet, well it's just a mini pool at beachfront nothing special. Won't coming back for sure.

meh the location is the best thing about this hotel you can be at the beach in few seconds and the mall is lettirerlay on the same floor of the lobby.
Night view is amazing and there is a screen added after midnight for free cinema on the beach + karaoke.
Food is OK rooms are OK kinda old and have the feeling of a kindergarten preschool sort of childish designed.

If you lower down your expectations to this hotel, you'll get surprised, but if you have high expectations, better not staying here. Dont get me wrong, staff was brilliant. Cant fault them. But, who wants to hear loud music at 7 or 8 in the morning?

real bad hotel. The advertising photos are fake. This is kind of expensive hotel with low quality. I will not stay here again. There are more popular hotels with great quality and cheaper price. Please don't put fake photos on internet!
