Nice and big hotel in Denpasar. They heva pool and big restaurant, and also delicious and various breakfast. But the room floor a little bit dirty, and also the closet have some rusty thing and make me feel uncomfortable using it. I forget the room number, but it is on 3rd floor. Maybe need some improvement.

Room service stops operating at 10 PM.
My room's windows are at street level and everyone passing my window outside can just have a look into my room unless I shut the drapes, which leaves my room devoid of sunlight.
Breakfast was meh. Awful pasta. Awful nasi goreng.
Stains on my room's carpet.
Mosqouitos in my room.
Toilet takes some time to flush.

Upon arrival, during check in there was miss information between the FO with the marketing regarding my additional breakfast reservation.
I could not find any concierge after check in to take care my luggage.

The next morning, the restaurant was not informed by the FO about the booked additional breakfast so my guest was refused to enter the resto for bfast. What an embarrassing experience!

On the third day, my room door could not be opened at all, even after using the master card the concierge had. They had to fix it for hours.

Hope Aston will recognize the issues and in the future will avoid them from happening again. Thank you.

I stayed in Nyepi period in this hotel.. I enjoying my overall stay experience. However, I would like to give some input related to the pool which is I believe it can be cleaner.. the bathroom can be fresher.. Since I entered My Room at second floor I smell humid.. Some leaking spot can be seen.. I think the regular maintenance schedule should be control.. Aston Denpasar is a good and complete property. So good maintenance is needed to keep it as it should be. Impressed with the hospitality, keep up for this good side.

Dear Hotel Aston,

We booked for non smoking room. But we got smooking room. The smell of the room was not fresh. Your employee fast response quite appreciated, but still the smell was not gone. Lucky we only stay 1 day. Can not imagine if we must stay more than 1 day, because our Office already paid through travel agent.

It was very unhappy stay at your hotel.. never stay there again.

The hotel is okay, the staffs are excellent and very helpful. The toilet is quite small, but still manageable. But the area is quite remote, and not so much to see and eat around here, does not give You the “Bali feeling” here :)

Hotel was okay.the hotel put us into a smoking room initially and then moved "upgraded" us into a non smoking room. The AC in the main bedroom didn't work too well but the other room had a strong AC. The carpet was a bit soiled which requires some attention soon. The bathrooms were okay just to showerwouldn't want to spend anytime longer in there. The bed was fairly large. The lighting in the room was horrible.

A good city hotel in the outskirt of Denpasar. It has some meeting rooms.
The guest rooms are large enough. This the good point. Staff are friendly..

The underfround parking is also large.

First and foremost, what caught our attention was the politeness of the hotel staffs. They were very accommodating and make you feel right at home. From manager to waiting staffs everyone was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed despite of being peak season in Bali . We choose the hotel for it's halal catering and alcohol free environment. Please bring more variety into the breakfast and restaurant menu, It would be nice to have more local Balinese dishes and room cleanliness can be improved.The hotel transport is reasonably priced and will give you a peace of mind with a trusted and friendly hotel staff driving you around.

Clean hotel, nice staff, quiet and just what I needed. The area isn't very interesting but it didn't matter to me as I came here to be close to the airport the days up to my flight. The wifi and mobilesignal are good which were very important to me. The sun only hits the pools very early in the morning. Food is good, I recommend trying the Creamy seafood pasta. I recommend this hotel.

The room is spacious with separate living room. My stay was enjoyable. Breakfast options is the great! From Indonesian foods like Nasi Goreng and Pecel to Western Style like Beef Bacon, Waffle, and Salad. What I like the most is Kunyit Asem!

The hotel is a little bit dirty. On the second day, the housekeeping only took the old towel and mat away, but they didn't restock the bathroom with a new towel and the amenities. The front desk was helpful though.

The family room was small, but it is the only room with 2 bedrooms AND 2 bathrooms, so it is ok. There's 4 single beds in total but they are small and not very comfortable. No tubs, just walk in shower. The ultimate downside would be the safety. The windows only have 1 lock on the side and it can be opened easily if your child is big enough to climb. Never leave children unattended even if you are staying in the family room

Great hotel in the center of city. The food is mediocre. Nice gym facility. But, too much empty space inside due to lots of unrented store spaces makes it kinda creepy.

It's a good city hotel in Denpasar.
You can opt to stay here for a cheap price if you're looking to visit Denpasar & Kerobokan.
They provide good rooms, quite delicious hotel foods (although if you're in Bali, you'll want to travel around & eat at traditional food seller)

I came here for a seminar. The place is famous for it. In the middle of Denpasar, so it's easy to reach. But traffic sometimes can be horrible around this area. Good facility. Comfortable and good parking area for cars and motorbikes.
