Nice hotel, from outside look likes small, but wait till u go inside..comfort room, worthed for its prices and they have 4 swimming pools..you can pick one that suit for your children..but the traffic and the river smell make little uncomfy outside the entrance gate. For breakfast, they have quite complete menu set, from appetizers, maincourse, dessert dan drinks, but it"ll be nice if they change 1 or 2 item everyday. We stayed there for 3 days, they served same menu..taste so so. Its located not far from kuta beach center.

This is my favorite place if my families going for relax, tours, or business. Harris group hotel is modern minimalist architecture, clean, and all staffs very helpful, politely, and always smile when they give services to their guests. I am enjoy stay in Harris. I was stay in some of Harrris Hotel: in Bali, Bandung, and Bogor. I am very recomended to trying Harris. Cheap but very good of services.

I stay 3 days. The rooms are many mosquitoes, ants, nesting spiders, ac leaked, towels a lot of stains, not worth mentioning as a 4 star hotel. In my friends room also experienced the same thing. Enough 1 times stay at this hotel.

I loved this hotel very much! Modern hotel which has inspiring colors touch from front to back! There is kids station where my kids can get pampered and taken care of. The room I stayed is cozy and cool. Will be visiting this hotel again and again and again!

Rooms are comfortable and clean but not large. Only 5 minutes to airport and plenty of shops close by. No pool but handy for a stop over. Staff always friendly and convenient airport transfer. Well priced too.

Whilst the hotel is strategically located, but the rigidly generic design and the greenish paint make it feel like a hospital or asylum. I was there for a seminar. Staff was generally friendly, but honestly the hotel serves one one of the worst hotel foods I've ever experienced. Had three meals there, all of which had the same type of fish with three different sauces. And all of them were unsatisfying. Don't even get me started on the (poor attempt of) noodles. I've stayed in other Harris properties, and this one is not up to par. I'd much recommend Harris Sunset Road down the street. Sorry to say.

I used to stay in this a lot for my business trip in the past. Design is vibrant just like usual Harris, staffs also friendly and helpful. The layout of bathroom and toilet is a little bit weird. Comfortable bed, breakfast sadly is just slightly below other Harris.

Time to renovate. Hotel is getting old, and many things are just not right (like layout of bathroom, shower place too small, yet other part is too big). The only good things about this hotel are the friendly staff who are helpful, and good location.

I have a membership here for gym and swimming. Love the pool but the gym equipment needs to be updated. The food is too expensive for the quality served.

staying at the HARRIS Riverview Hotel in Kuta with my family was a fantastic experience. The location of this hotel is close to main tourist attractions, shopping complex's and beaches ( such as Kuta Beach) that are reasonably close to the hotel. The food at the cafe was delicious and their was always something different to eat everyday. One specific thing in particular that really was outstanding was the friendly staff, they were always open for a friendly chat throughout our stay whilst always making sure that we were enjoying our time at the hotel. Overall staying at HARRIS Hotel was a amazingly possitive experience, I will definatly be coming back to stay there again sometime in the near future :)

One of the best experience. Many dishes for breakfast, friendly staff, clean room and nice pool. Tried variety of food items from the hotel restaurant bit pricey but taste good. Full marks. Let down by the harris spa experience.

Huge one bedroom apartment. Very clean. Unfortunately some of the equipments wasnt in top condition, like the shower already broken. Breakfast wasnt good enough, but more important that they do not have enough dish and glass if the hotel is full

Had a good time with my family at the Riverview. The room was big enough with two bedrooms and bathrooms, a shower you walk straight into as opposed to one over a bath, toilets, lounge and dining area. Cleaned daily by friendly staff, who organised a birthday cake for my son, and sang happy birthday for him. Family friendly highly recommended.
Minor drawbacks need for more clothes storage and reasonable walking distance to action in Kuta. Overall very pleased with recent holiday

Decent place to stay in with very reasonable price and very clean room I stayed in the risedenc and enjoyed it, it's 10 minutes away from kartika street and 15 minutes from airport if no rush while takes 20 - 30 minutes to Nausa Dua , very friendly staff in the hotel.
I was staying in Harris hotel and risedenc sunset road it's also near to carrefour where you can do your shopping.
