Great resort, close to beach, markets, restaurants, shops and pubs. Pools great. Breakfast is good, but need more non smoking area.

Strategically located beside Kuta beach. The Hard rock cafe is across this hotel. Quite big hotel and pretty old building, I think.
The guestrooms is at several building mass, and for some, it will quite confusing to get to the room. The breakfast menu is good, there's bar also here. And it is near the heart of Kuta road, so you can explore the neighboring cafe or bar just by walking.

Great staff and good service. Room was great, although the bed was rather solid to sleep on and has hurt my back, but nothing serious. Other than that it's a great hotel with good food and cheap prices.

Great location close to all Kuta has to offer. Resturant food was amazing, with a 2nd story view of the ocean. Great service and Kuta price not hotel price. Eat in you will love it. Best beach front pool. I will stay here again

It was great experience to stayed in this hotel. When I came for check in, the receptionist guy upgraded my room to Deluxe Room because the room I booked before (Superior Room) wasn't ready yet. I though this is OK because I got bigger room but the problem is my room is Twin Bed (I booked for Double Bed). However the hotel guys can change my Twin Bed into Double and that's not big problem for me.
The room is clean, comfortable bed, and the ac is good. But the bath kit is not complete because there's no shampoo, only shower gel. The LCD tv is not big enough.
I stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast have complete and various menu from appetizers, main menu, and dessert.
The advantages of this hotel is having a strategic place where located very near of the Kuta Beach.

This place was like a little paradise away from the tourist craziness. The staff is great and the room was nice. Cold AC and very good Wi-Fi. I sat and drank on the patio and pool that overlooks the beach. The have a great pool bar. Once on the beach there are vendors to buy all kinds of stuff. Past the vendors is an amazingly fun beach for boogie boarding or beginner surfers!

First off the positives: the place itself is perfectly situated, food is great and service super nice and welcoming, within 5 min you're at the beach, next door is a surfing school, taxi service is present and the city life is a 5-10 min walk. So everything you could need is close by. There are 3 pools (1 was closed while we were there for reconstruction) and many extra services available including a pool bar.
However, when we entered our room, we found a thick layer of dust on top of the bed structure and stains on the bed sheets. With everything else so perfect, it was a bit sad to see such easy things neglected. Overall we still really enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

This is an old hotel, located on the corner of kuta beach street. The hotel buildings look like a big labyrin/maze. They have not so private beach. Too many seller in the beach, but cool enough for surfing!

The hotel sandal is in good quality. You can use the Kuta beach access any time, the sand is soft and comfy until 9 am, good for jogging/strolling or just instagramming. Ask for the room in 1st building especially w/ views to Kelapa pool or beachside pool otherwise u'll exert more power to go back and forth to 2nd building. There are convenience stores near the hotel open 24hrs. There are some traditional massage outside under Rp. 100k/US$9. Food is a bit oily, chef doesn't strain the oil floating on top of the soup so avoid that if you don't like greasy food.

Great hotel with courteous staff and good location. Had a nice little perk of having semi-professional photos taken around the hotel as well but they only allow you to get 1 printed for free (have to pay c.$100 for the rest of the album).

The Grand Inna Kuta is a beautiful resort to stay at. There are 3 pools and it is situated in the heart of Kuta. It is one of the only properties that is on the beach. There is a massage/facial place right in the resort as well. Also, the continental breakfast is really worth it!

I have stayed at Grand Inna Kuta for 5 night. During my stay, I celebrated the New year. The hotel is just beside beach and walking distance to the Kuta Center. The Hotel has two part old building and new building. All deluxe rooms are located at new building whereas all standard rooms located in the old building. The old building is three-floor building and not having the lift installed.
I liked most the location of the hotel and the swimming pools. The hotel has three good swimming pool. Two are located inside the hotel and other next to the beach. As I traveled with my son, we took a room with king size bed. The bed was so big that we were very comfortable on it.
The hotel serves complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was average but not bad. The room's floor was so moist and some of the electric points were not working. The air condition was not properly working in one of my room.
The staffs were very good and attentive. Many shopping locations and food shop are very close to the hotel.

By far this is one of the most dirty 4 start hotel I have ever stayed in, the rooms are very outdated and full of pests and insects, beds have bed bugs, bath towels and bed sheets are full of stains, staff barely speak English, and beware your belonging are not safe in the room and if any thing is taken the unprofessional management will blame the guest, honesty I don't think this hotel should be rated 4 stars it more like a 2 star cheap backpackers hostel although location is good and that's about it

Only good point : direct access to the beach. For everything else, it is absolutely overpriced (room, beverages), the sea view I paid for is awful as everything I can see is an iron roof (with the sea far far behind it). Hotel is like a factory and infrastructures are clearly under-dimensioned. Pools may be great but there is a 60% chance you won't find a place to sit and therefore you have to go somewhere else. Same for the sea section. Worst hotel I ever had in Bali, so easy to find way better for a much better price as well.

This hotel is located next to Hard Rock. I stayed at the new wing side, rooms were quite spacious and overall nice design. Walking distance to nearby McDonalds and some other shops. If you want nightlife then Kuta is the place to stay otherwise it may be a bit too busy

Ok hotel, good price, good spot
    Pool bar
    Mixed clientel from all corners.
Jamies kitchen across the road, turtle released from the beach beside hotel.

The rooms are a little worn but functional, staff are friendly and make an effort.

    No facilities for kids really
