Close to shops and the waterboon water park. About a 5 min walk. Staff are friendly. Can walk to the beach about 6min walk. WiFi seems ok. Roaming cellphone reception good. Stayed on second floor which has balcony.

Very disappointing hotel. Overall this hotel is not worth 4 stars. The staff was really friendly and helpful. That’s was a big plus but there are so many shortcomings to this hotel. I really wonder what kind of people give it 5 stars review. I travel for a living and this place is not up to standard at all.

Big minus points are:
- Sheets and towels had stains all over them. Truly disgusting. They should start bleaching or renewing them.
- WiFi was really good ONLY at the pool and reception area. We had no connection in our rooms.
- Breakfast was really disappointing as well. Not much choice and looks more like dinner than breakfast.
- There was no iron available in the rooms. So usually ALL hotels give one to your room. But Adhi Jaya had the audacity to charge for ironing my clothing since they refused to give me an iron.
- Also, housekeeping lost my diamond earrings. They were next the bathroom sink and I found one of the pieces outside the hall when I came back to my room.

Location location location :-) A fantastic hotel, so close to Waterbom and the airport! The rooms are great, and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Kuta. Also they have a meter of satay (such good food).

I was there last year and have booked again for 2 weeks this year. Very clean rooms and wonderful staff. I roll my eyes at anyone who complaints about anything here? Perhaps pay an extra $1000 for accommodation that lacks the Bali atmosphere? Looking forward to my stay!

Got fully entertaint in Beras Merah Restaurant. Great live accoustic and staff perform if you order their special menu “satay one meter”. Excellent service, kind staff, and great atmosphere. So satisfied!

Bathroom was outdated and mouldy shower.
Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Conveniently situated across Discovery Mall.

A bit dirtier than advertised and the pool is much smaller than it appears. But the staff are friendly, everything works, it's nice enough I guess. Not a stand out in any good or bad way.

This is my second visit In Bali, but first stay at "Adhi Jaya", Very frankly says it was an amazing experience with Team Adhi Jaya. There is no words to express our gratitude to them for their excellent services, and especially the way they are taking care of their esteemed clients and the music of Gus Teja along with the breakfast is awesome. about 15 mins drive in a taxi from the Airport( its actually even walking distance from the airport). almost at the City centre. lots of eateries nearby. Traffic on the road is sometimes high. the hotel is good and quiet ( just dont take the rooms overlooking the swimming pool - which can get a bit noisy) I had a lovely room and clean bathroom with a sizeable balcony. good food. Good and helpful staff. Didnt make any fuss when i checked out a bit late. Nice ambience. Cost wise, there are much cheaper hotels around but not sure of the amenities they provide. Might want to check out other cheaper options too before booking adhi Jaya. Overall, no complaints and i am satisfied.

I loved my time in Bali and we stayed at the Adhi Jaya Hotel in Kuta and it was great. We like the location as it is close to everything and the restaurants on that road are fantastic. The service at the hotel was ok and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we've had. The pool was great as it has a cool pool bar which we enjoyed. We recommend the Adhi Jaya to everyone.

Lovely small hotel.Had a ground level suite for a week.Very quiet and comfortable.Really nice restaurant and good breaky.Close to everything.Would definitely stay here again.Also close to the airport,so you don't have to battle the crazy traffic to get to other parts of Bali.eg,seminyak,Legian.etc.Also a great walking track along the beach,where you can walk as far as you can,with plenty to see along the way.
