One of the worst hotel in kuta bali. Ultimately we changed the hotel. They don't have the proper bed and facilities in the room. Even there staffs are very rude and they didn't treat customers proper way. Better to avoid this one and go for any other three star hotels. They will serve better than this hotel and staffs.

This is an okay hotel, not too expensive, but well kept and the staff is friendly and professional. The swimming pool could use an upgrade, I cut my finger in the pool. All in all I would recommend this place, especially if you're on a budget.

Very nice clean rooms, 24 hours hot water 🚿 available in shower, restaurant food 🥘 is clean and delicious, we were here for 2 nights. Package breakfast 🍳 availability is between 7 - 10am only, they don’t serve breakfast after that 😃 but that was ok. 👍🏻 must try.

For me personally the outside looks amazing Lush and green but the inside was a bit outdated and dingy. I did enjoy their breakfast each morning they always had fresh fruit freshly squeezed juice toast and then some type of rice some type of noodle with either chicken or tofu and then a dessert such as pancakes. The place is in a good location it's strange because. the back entrance which is in alleyway is where the street bakung sari is so are taxi driver was always confused and it got annoying after awhile. Also the hotel does have a personal taxi driver and I did go with him to do a private tour. I wasn't too impressed with his attitude. It was more of a commission tour and he took me to places I told him I didn't want to go but after we cleared the air it was fine. So if you do decide to use their driver just make sure you tell him exactly where you want to go and what you want to see he charges about $60

Hotel is quaint old style 80's Bali, actually enjoyed balcony rooms. Friends booked on line, ended up witha box. The restaurant staff and food great. Reception a sad disaster! Agree on one thing, take deposits, change mind in morning. 2/10 for customer service this area.

This place is ready to be bulldozed, don't bother with unless you like dirty old rooms & uncomfortable old beds,dead flies in your water kettle, photos are misleading as they were tacken during its grand opening.

Good hotel in the middle of town. Hotel is in reasonable condition but it's not the fanciest hotel in town but worth it for the location. Minutes away from tons of restaurants, shops, etc. Pool is wonderful on a hot day. Spa is priced higher than most around but it looks nicer. Free breakfast is nice. The restaurant at the hotel is okay but I'd recommend walking 5min to dozens of other restaurants. Overall a great hotel for the price.

An older style hotel with rooms spread around the pool in 3, 3 storey blocks.
For its age, the rooms are in reasonable repair the bathrooms being the weak point.
Hot Water and AC are good, plenty of English language TV channels and each room has a desk and small refrigerator.
The patios look into a nice garden setting.
Breakfast is buffet style with eggs to order.
Restaurant also serves good meals at reasonable prices.
Away from the night life area and at least a 12 to 15 minute walk to the beach.
Local eating options just outside the main entrance.

A budget place to stay, very old and moderately clean. Breakfast was ok, you can request for fried stuff like eggs. Small dirty swimming pool but relatively near to Kuta beach. If you are on a budget, and you are not going to Bali to stay in the hotel, you can consider this place. Also no hair dryer.

Room is basic as expected for what we paid. Pool area is very nice and relaxing. Food is okay, reception however, needs improving. Also cleaners tend to enter room without knocking and also when we are gone after telling them not to make up our room and then leave without relocking the door. Only when the 'do not disturb' sign was displayed was our room left alone.

Mediocre place. Bathtub a bit dirty. Room downgraded without notice. Bad breakfast. Staff is not kind not bad. Small AC. But price cheap. Good only for one night sleep

Second time at bukung sari. I love it as a sole female traveller i feel safe an the staff are like family. Older style. Clean friendly. can walk everywhere my only wish is for a personal safe in the room an tea and coffee facilities. But staff a more then willing to room deliver any beverages,Its really a hidden gem an the dinners are outstanding.

This was welcome accommodation after my experience with a booking in Denpasar. It is old style bali. Clean comfortable rooms. Cheap. Beautiful grounds. It is basic but I am a no frills person. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice pool. I could walk everywhere I needed to. Walk to Kuta beach. Have stayed here before this and would stay again. Highly recommend.
