Good service from staffs but the room is not well kept. The breakfast is horrible. Good bed, good internet connection, hot shower.

Everything is considered great for the price - comfortable room, facilities, location, breakfast, service, etc.
The only thing that could be improved is the shower area:
1. low water pressure
2. tricky to adjust the mixer to get a comfortable temperature (too cold or too hot)
3. soap/shampoo dispenser not indicated accordingly, not sure what liquid is being dispensed

I have been to a few boutique hotels around Jakarta and this is a conventional nice typical hotel. Near to many prominent buildings but very high traffic.
Breakfast has to be improved with taste and selections. Overall it is a comfortable hotel with clean bedrooms and facilities.

Quite more like a budget hotel with pretty much anything in it. Quite nice and spacious room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok as well.

Heard about Avissa from a friend . an loving it!!
I got the standard room, it is normal hotel room size complete with lots of drawers and very comfy sofa .. in each floor there is a Kitchen area you can use with a water dispenser.. there is also laundry area oN first floor use can use. what amazed me, good range of detergents (powder and liquid) provided!!
Breakfast oN top floor with lotte avenue view . a number of Malls are oN walking distance
All staffs are very friendly and helpful with all information wE asked for ..

It is located on small road inside district that is about 4 buildings from the main road. You can just walk to a great malls. It is hard for taxi or Grap to find it easily. It is hard to come in but easy to come out. In general it is very good and clean. The staff is very friendly. There is a market in front of it.

The Room is clean and nice except for the toilet cleanliness. The drinking glass in the toilet is dirty and don't dare to use it.

Can't say that it blows my mind. Room is good, but the bathroom is a bit smelly. And the hot water run out after 5 or 6 minutes into shower (showered at 6.30ish). The room has a sofa and a shoebox, and they provide you with guide about the hotel. They also have nice outdoor space. Breakfast falls short, with only a little to choose from. Nothing exceptional about the taste either. You can't order fried egg. Can't say anything good about the coffee either. Overall, not the best for the buck, although not too shabby either

Nice budget hotel to stay for business. It has small gym and free laundry. You can also wash your cloth by your own. Nice.

This is my fourth times stayed in the hotel either for business or family trip. It's been a great experience I've had here. The staffs are nice, meals are decent and the room with properties inside are clean. Will stay here for sure.

conveniently located to many business offices nearby, 5 minutes walk to DBS building and many other offices alike. 5 mins walk to Lotte Shopping Avenue and 7 mins to ITC Kuningan, they offer different kind of breakfast spread everyday.

just opposite and to the side, there are 2 convenient stores where you can buy your toiletries or some light snacks or drinks for the night. Side tip: the convenient store opposite is much cheaper to the one that is to the left hand side of the hotel.

Other than that, unlike hotel stays at Wahid Hasyim or Thamrin area where food stalls can easily be found on the road side, for this hotel, its abit dull, so walking back from the malls to this hotel can be a bit "dark" and "lonely" so make sure that you are careful.

Stayed here for more than 3 months and really satisfied with it. Clean room, nice interior, good internet connection, free laundry and friendly staffs. Breakfast could be better..
