Hotel is located centrally in the city but without loud noises from traffic. The hotel itself has a good restaurant but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, just few minutes of walk. There are several small shops to buy cheap drinks and snacks (1/2 or 1/3 of the price in the hotel!) Beach is also only few minutes to walk. The standard room is ok, room service cleans it every day. The pool is nice and big enough to even swim a little bit. The staff was always very friendly and nice.

Currently on our fourth of five days here and have just discovered the second pool!
Main pool is nice and large with shallow area for children. Adequate sun lounges once you remove the towels left by rude people when they go away for hours.
Wearing down physically but Bali is very quiet. The cleaner is meticulous and so lovely. The gardens and lighting are gorgeous and the architecture shows that this would have been a grand building in her younger days. Breakfast is served in another beautiful area on first floor. Egg station, discovered pancake station this morning. Three covered containers of different hot foods each morning. Really intruiging cereal assortment and fresh fruit. Coffee is nice. You can eat inside a beautiful carved wooden interior or on the balcony/ verandah overlooking pool.
Restaurant at front of hotel has well priced food. Sometimes live music. Served at Bali pace. Another building with soul.
Bed is comfortable, two pillows each, safe in room, good restaurants and shopping nearby. Rented a bicycle this morning for 50,000R for two bikes for half a day and rode along beach front which is only an interesting ten minute walk away.

When I arrived, I was virtually immobilised with pain from a back injury. These beautiful young women cared for me until they felt I needed physio intervention. Beautiful Puspha took me on her motorbike to the physio and stayed with me while he treated me, then brought me home. I am sure she did not need this extra work on top of her 12 hour day!!! I am so grateful for this spa's caring, skills and great prices.
Nothing is too much bother for front desk staff.
Yes, new linen would be welcome but it is scrupulously clean. As I said, Bali tourism currently is slow and people are hurting from the drop in tourists with worry over Mt Agung. We are actually hoping the volcano erupts while we are here so we can stay longer in this paradise. The people have diminished income yet remain proud, trustworthy and stoic.
Come to Ari Putri for laid back relaxation and closeness to great facilities. It is great value.

Convenient location, reasonable price. Hotel is old and lacks some of the more modern amenities. Wireless access is spotty in the rooms (depending on which room you're in, but generally signal is weak). Breakfast is OK, but nothing to write home about. Dining at the hotel's restaurant is excellent. This is a hotel for pleasure travelers, not business travelers (which, unfortunately, I am).

Really nice place to eat. We had a shared meal which was very good and a good mixture of dishes. Great value for money, approx £16 including drinks and tip. Give it a try.

We like others, we return to this hotel, the rooms are clean and have a small balcony, great swimming pool, large buffet breakfast.
The Restaurant at the front, is amongst the best,
we use this hotel as a base for our adventures, and we feel like it is coming home they speak English and Dutch very well it is close to the beach restaurants and local supermarket.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices. 15 minutes walk to the beach. The room was clean enough and the AC was very efficient. Everything we ate from the restaurant was delicious (we ordered mostly asian food). What bothered us was that the cleaning staff started cleaning the rooms next to ours at 6 AM one morning and, because there is no soundproofing, we were woken up and could not fall asleep again. However, we were satisfied with the overall experience.

Laid back yet fancy ambiance with relaxing live music. Best nasi goreng by far since I came to Bali 3 days ago. Best value for money. Friendly and attentive wait staff. Highly recommended when in Sanur.

Old hotel with not so good standards. We spend 3 nights in the standard rooms (2 different) and both of them where dirty and the bathroom was not clean. Also the shower didn't worked well. The service was nice and the food is good. The wellness spa is quite good. I would not recommend this hotel.

been there as a part of a round trip. good for a few nights. had a deluxe room which was quite nice and had a lot of space and also a new bed. service in the hotel (reception, breakfast, bar) was fine. the staff in the resteraurant outside was really slow and inattentive.

Food was great. Two pools were pretty. Lots of nice, friendly retired Dutch people here in February. Good location. Lots of clothes sold nearby. Beach is 10 minutes walk. You can hire bikes nearby. Massages half the price here compared to Kuta. Room and bathroom were beautiful with dark wood furniture. Balcony.

Great value for money in Bali Sanur. We had a clean cozy room right in front of the pool. The hotel restaurant serves good local food for the best price in the locality. The breakfast buffet is simple but confusing as the staff does not explain what is available for the guests. We found out after the breakfast that it would have been possible also to order a la carte.

Nice place. Adequate and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast seems small but you can ask staff for bacon, scrambled or cooked eggs. Nice pool and quiet. We stayed here for 2 nights during our trip. For longer stay I would choose a hotel by the beach.

Very good location. Great room for the money!! Staff very friendly and helpful.
