Free extra bed. Room is big enough for three people. Free water refill. Bathroom is spacious. Train station, TransJakarta bus stop, both are very near. A hospital is nearby as well.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED, WE ALREADY BOOKING AT FEBRUARY 22ND,2018 FOR 10 ROOMS (7 DAYS) VIA WEB BOOKING. WE HAVE TRIED TO SEND EMAIL AND MAKE A PHONE CALL TO THE HOTEL, BUT THERE'S NO RESPONSE. WHEN WE ARRIVE AT MARCH 6TH,2018 (THE DATE WE ALREADY BOOKED), THEY SAID THAT THEY ALREADY FULL BOOKED, SO WE GOT NO ROOMS AT ALL. AND THERE'S NO ANY CONFIRMATION FROM HOTEL. THEY REFUSE US WITH THE REASON THERE IS NO DEPOSIT, WHEREAS ON WEB BOOKING THERE'S AN INFORMATION : PAY AT HOTEL.
IN CONCLUSION : WE ARE REALLY REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE, AND WE ARE NOT GOING TO CONSIDER TO STAY AT BIG HOTEL EVER.

We got no windows, the room doesn't smells good, somehow they cannot do a proper bed, the hospitality of the staff not so good They nod and do nothing at all, the breakfast experience is always same everyday run out of tea coffee bread spoon like they never learn.

Management switch off conman area air con to save money. Just finish breakfast. Very poor selection of food. Don't even serve eggs. No tea only 2 local food. There are more budget hotels just nearby. Don't stay here.

BIG Hotel, Clean, good service, staff always smiling, the room is good value for the money, brakfast could be better, we only selected brakfast day one, other days we went outside and found local street food :).

This hotel is hire too many impolite staff especially on the parking area. They make a policy that the parking lot is only for new guest. Once you are staying there, you will be FORCED to gave surrender your car keys to use their free vale parking service in which they'll park your car at the back of the hotel without any security protection. IF you are parking even for a couple of minutes in their parking lot, they'll send someone to your room and ask you remove your car from the premises.

My stay there is completely sucks! Not completely actually, they have a good hot water shower :)
