I've been stayed here for one night. They picked me up in the airport and they get me to the airport back in the following day.
But i left my phone in the room and they send my phone in one hour..
Overall its a great pleasure to stay here.

Hotel room and restaurant were okay. Incredibly bad service however. They forgot to pick us up from airport causing us to wait there 1,5 hour before we could convince them to let us take a taxi they would pay back. When we arrived at the hotel we didn't even get an apology The WiFi is good but only works in the lobby, not in the room.

The place seems modern but..
Hard to find as inside a very narrow street.
The place is swarming with mosquitos even the room.
Airconditioning is very poor. Its like there wasn't any.
Poor Bathroom setup .. shower curtain so high that it is useless and doesn't prevent water from scattering all over after a bath. Tiles seems yucky too. They should have installed glass panel instead.
No cable!!!!

Although the access to this hotel is easy from main road, but the access is quite tricky since there's only one narrow road to this hotel. The room is spacious but amenities provided here was not really in good quality. Air conditioner was too small for room so for first time it may take a while for room to be cool. But considering the prices per night, i think it's a pretty decent place to stay. Especially when you're just transit in JKT and need to catch your flight. Also, they have shuttle service so you don't have to put extra cost for transportation from/to Soekarno Hatta Airport.

Okey for the price only staff is very friendly. walls of the rooms are just gypsum boards and I could hear my neighbour snores and even the vibration of his silenced phone when he gets a text msg

Nice rooms. Very clean. Nice ambiance for staying 1 or 2 nights. You can hear other people very easy in your room. That's a downpoint

The room was ok, but there was no toilet paper (only a bidet hose) and the staff were late to pick me up from the airport. The fitness center was a bit boring too, with only three pieces of equipment. But the room was clean and the breakfast was simple, but nice. There is also a nice garden as well.

My first experience here was good enough, just too noisy because lots of people make some noise till midnight. My second time, it's worse. Smaller room but with the same price as before, bathroom's so humid, hot water can't be used at all, bad breakfast ever (tempenya sudah basi), no sandals dan lap kaki. Coming here no more

This is a cheap romantic hotel to stay which is closely located to Soekarno Hatta International Airport. You will be surprised with direct view to the Balinese tropical inner garden from the lobby. Although the place was a little bit too far from the main road but this place offer particular good experience to stay on a budget. It doesn't provide a wheelchair accessibility, there's no elevator in it. The room was small but it's enough to accommodate two person. Sometimes it's a little bit noisy due to its location that close to an airport, but it becomes also a plus point offered to the guest since the hotel also offering transportation service directly to the airport with additional charge off course. There are a lot of other transportation option such as Uber, Grab Car or Grab Bike, GoJek or GoCar that could accommodate every traveler.

Not extraordinary but it serves its purpose. shuttle service from and to airport is great, WiFi is very weak and worked only about 10% of the time for me.

Let me start by saying that I don't doubt other people had great experiences here. I was just unfortunate to fall on the other end of the spectrum. Firstly, the place is extremely loud. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything from the toilet flushing in my neighbors room. They were opening their own door and the sound actually sounded like someone trying to break into our room! The noises in thr hallway really echo so you can hear everything. Secondly, the AC is garbage. It took 6 hours for the room to actually cool down. When I went to the receptionist he told me sir all the ACs in the room don't work properly. Lastly, there was this loud sound coming from the room across us and when I asked the reception to look into it they sent a worker who knew no English so I couldn't even explain the situation to him. I found the staff overall friendly and the actual place is extremely nice but based on my experience I would NOT recommend this for anyone staying other than for transit purposes
