craving for a late dinner?
my advice:
go out from the hotel lobby, then walk to the east for about 100 yard, and then you'll find gerobak nasi goreng gila (crazy fried rice) and pecel lele (fried Catfish) cheap and worth to try. opens till 1am.
This isn't promotion, I'm trying to save your belly, u can thank me later

Their restaurant has great ambience but the food needs improvement. The rooms are great, especially the suites. Just don’t expect amazing views as it is in the middle of an underdeveloped neighbourhood. Still, great room prices and a good hotel for frequent air travellers as it is close to Jakarta’s airport.

Not recommended to use the pool. Its too public.

Breakfast is basic and no variety. Got charged an extra 650,000 for fees they didnt warn about during check in. This is a scam hotel. Wont be back

Bed-sheets are soiled and the toilet seat still have pee stains on them. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The only reason I don't rate the hotel with 5 stars is because the distance from JKT airport shown on all booking apps and sites is wrong!!!! I wanted to book a good rated hotel as close to the airport as possible, but got deceived so be careful when you try to book a hotel near to the airport as this one is over 20km away and not 5km. In traffic, this took me 70min from the hotel to the airport and 40min from the airport to the hotel with no traffic. I'd like to highlight the top-notch service provided by the staff, the cleanness of the room and also the breakfast.

I got executive room. the room is nice actually, there are lots of lamps so the lightning is good to take a pict. breakfast just okay. nothing special. but the service there quite good actually. the best I ever got.

The location is quite far, I even got lost when I tried to find it with googlemap. But the facilities was really good. A large lobby, a nice and modern cafe, clean toilets, large Musholla (prayer room).

The hotel is a bit far from the centre of Jakarta city but it is located near a train station so we could easily travel to the city. On the first day, we thought the station was far but as we got used to the sorroundings day by day, we realized it's not far at all. There are few convenient stores close by, shopping centre where you can go a for a meal etc. This hotel also provides free shuttle service from the airport and to the airport which made everything easier for us. The breakfast buffet had variety of food, it's not amazing but plenty to choose from - Western, Asian and Indonesian. Some of the Indonesian dishes were delicious. Hotel staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful and we would stay here if we come to Tangerang city again.

Stayed here one night in route to Bali. Room was clean and staff was friendly. There is a free shuttle but be advised that is not that frequent so I was only able to use it once.

Toilet wasn't clean when checked in. Shower drain was clogged. Air conditioning wasn't working. When I called front office regarding the AC, it took so long for the engineering to come to fix it.
