It's not my first time in Indonesia and especially after being many times in Bali, I decided to stay this time at Aston Kuta Hotels & Residences and I can describe this experience as delighted in three senses: client oriented, devotion for details and a wonderful hospitality with a truly dedicated profesional staff.

My expectation was never low as the rates are quite high and I truly believe that I received what I paid. Every single person that I met through the entire stay were extremely polite and friendly, always ready to fulfill my needs and even going above my expectations.

From the check in, until the departure I was always greeted with a sincere welcome. Excellent and friendly service by all staff members all through the hotel. I want to take the opportunity to let every staff of this hotel know what a pleasant time I had. Thank you very much again for the wonderful and awesome hospitality.

I was amaze with the staff attitude where they possess professional, polite and patient attitude towards a huge crowds of people with calm. The room given to us was big and clean. Staying here for 4 days and the cleaner are willing enough to clean up our messy room for the whole 4 days. Thank you Aston Kuta for serving the best hospitality for my Bali experience.

Start with clean area, warmly greeting and helpful security guard. Nice atmosphere Lobby. Warm smile receptionist. Very comfortable room. Bed and aminities are great. Nice view of pool..simple but calm.

Positives:
Great hotel, location is just 3-5 minutes walk to beach.
Quality of hotel is great. I would recommend this for famalies. Thier breakfast buffet s the best you can get in Bali. We got special vegetarian food for breakfast.
Can improve:
Our check in took almost 40 minutes, though we have requested a non smoking room while booking, it got delayed.
For some reason they said my credit card did not work, but I never had a problem with it while eating and shopping after checking into the hotel.
Their kids club was not big but definitely,a great adder for people with kids between 6-8 years.

If you are with kids who can walk around, this is the best place.

With wide selection for breakfast. Their rooms is very nice too. They also have a big swimming pool. Their staff are kind too. I'll come back for sure.

Enjoyed my weekend so much. The room's quality is pretty standard for a hotel, but the wifi is insanely good. I also loooved the breakfast buffet or dare I say, endless buffet. So many variety of food to pick, you guys! The service is good, the security is also good.
Definitely recommend Aston Kuta Hotel & Residence for a high class but affordable stay in Bali.

Good location for those who want to be near both the beach and "the action". Rooms are nicely laid out and pool area features a swimup bar. Large lobby features a restaurant and bar area.
Within a 10 minute walk are many restaurants and a shopping mall that includes a large and well stocked supermarket and a Starbucks. There is a food court with many options and, for those rainy days, a cinema showing English movies.
The hotel has a private beach area that can be accessed by taking a regular shuttle bus.
Hotel is within a 10 minute drive of the airport. This property is a good balance for beach and active evening life.

Dirty rooms and sheets. For me hygiene is most important, especially in hotels where so many different kind of people stay and do stuff and let me tell you its not hygienic at all. Cleanliness is an issue here.

First time stay at Aston Kuta Bali and was very impressed. My wife and I were made very welcome upon arrival and were very well looked after during our stay. I will definitely stay at Aston Kuta during our next stay and shall strongly recommend it to all my family and friends.

Great location being 7mins drive to the airport and close by to kuta. I would recommend to those that are looking for a clean hotel at an affordable price. Note that this isnt the 5 star luxury hotel.

Accomodation is hassle free and the room where i had was cozy and i never encountered any problem. If you just want sleep it away from an adventure this is the place.. The food was also great.

The room was spacious, the food was amazing but the atmosphere of the alley and the room was old and lil'bit fusty.
The location is good. just 5 minutes walk to enjoy sunset at the beach and 7 minutes walk to Lippo Mall.
For kids, they have kids' club and kids' pool, my son really enjoyed it much.

I stayed at suite class room, overall the room was nice and clean, the bed is comfy , the facility like tv that has all channels opened, the toilet has enough space. The view of the room was also nice, directly to the pool. The access to airport is short, only take 15 minutes and the environment was quite to have relaxing time. The breakfast has many variety menu that can be choose. Need to improve in the facility in the toilet, as i entered i don't see any shower cap, cotton bud. The size of bed would be nicer is it was larger than the superior/deluxe room, as this is a higher class than both of the room. The hair dryer can be taking off from the toilet as i found it was to risky from safety aspect to dry the hair in the toilet. Overall i would recommend this hotel for my friends

staff were friendly and fulfill what we need, got free upgrade as well. The breakfast needs more variety, menu on second day is pretty much the same as the first day. The bfast and dinner buffet were ok
Needs separate smoking area, as lots of guest smokes in the public area such as swimming pool

This hotel is expensive. But seeing from their location near pantai jerman just a few minutes away, and not so crowded especially at high season, so that you wont be trapped by traffic jam like legian street, this place is equal to the price. Its not that far from legian street also, and this one is family friendly because its far from night club. Love it

Good and cooperative staff. Nice pool. Great food, may need some improvements on the breakfast menu, though. Very close to airport, suitable for a layover or travelers with tight schedule. Close to Kuta entertainment district. Walking distance to Pantai Segara.
