A nice cosy place to relax if your not into the beach or nightlife atmosphere like the younger generations. A wonderful setting with lovely gardens and swimming pools and I thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor restaurant.

Great pool, but the rooms are a real hit or miss. Some rooms are ok, others are terrible. One person got numerous mosquito bites because the door didn't shut properly (she even sprayed DEET everywhere). My rooms had terrible bathrooms - soap scum and grim everywhere. None of the towels were there same colour. The reception is great, other than that service was only ok.

The service here is brilliant, the driver we had spoke brilliant english and was very happy and friendly, the rooms are very nice and well equipped. Food here is brilliant, reception are helpful and friendly.

This hotel is actually a pretty old hotel with traditional design (the rooms look like hut), but the room that I stayed was very clean and nice!
Superior room has living room and bathub in the bathroom 😁

Its a beautiful hotels with beautiful garden. Children will love staying here. Unfortunately, they dont have pools for children. The pool is 120-190cm.

The tour brochure in the lobby is dusty and organized. The brochure I wanted was in a cabinet and they locked it.

We have stayed here three times, all for extended periods. We love it so much we have recommended to family and friends who have travelled to Sanur. The Puri Dalem is a gem! The rooms are cleaned daily and all effort is made by the cleaning staff to attend to your needs. The grounds are gorgeous with their established gardens. There are 2 pools and one restaurant that are brilliant. The staffthe staff at the Puri Dalem are the reason why this hotel is so good! Every time we come to The Puri Dalem we are welcomed like family. We would never consider staying anywhere else!
