Our third time here. Great pools with the watersliide in the kids popular with adults too. Very spacious rooms. Great breakfast. Only a 5 minute walk out the back gate to the tourist road

Absolutely amazing place for an all inclusive experience, having two pools, water slide just adds to the experience. There are a variety of options for for food, both local and Western, which makes the stay more enjoyable.
They have an absolutely lovely staff, most of them know a number of different languages and its easy to communicate with them.
The only downside of the place is that they are not located in the most tourist friendly place in Bali, but it's still good if you want to get a taste of local life in Bali.

What a wonderful hotel resort. Large spacious Apartments for affordable prices. Two pools, one with a water slide another with a couple of basketball hoops. A camp Splash for the young kids 6 and older. Buffet breakfast , with all sorts of fair ranging from Western to Asian. Consistently good bacon. Friendly service. This place is excellent value for the dollar, especially for families with young kids. I've been particularly impressed with the service, where staff have intentionally gone out of their way to make our time a pleasant one.

Had a fantastic vacation with the family at this resort. Very kid friendly. The water slide and kid pools were a big hit. The breakfast buffet was also very good. It is situated close to tourist areas where you can shop and dine. All in all the people of Bali are the friendliest I have met anywhere in the world. Would highly recommend this resort for any family vacations.

Very run down. Disappointing place to stay. The kids had fun in the pool otherwise this place has nothing going for it. You can get better value elsewhere. The locking of the back gate at 6pm was extremely inconvenient. It forced families to walk alongside the busy, dangerous Bypass to get back or have to catch a taxi. This ruined the otherwise good location of the hotel. Also don't expect to be able to use the WiFi in your room. It is rubbish.

We stayed here first week of September 2017 and absolutely loved it!
Breakfast was lovely with a vast variety of both balinese and western food and lots of gorgeous fresh fruit. The pools were very relaxing - kids area was AWESOME and just love love loved the activities available and nightly entertainment. The Sunday movie night was a fabulous evening and the Balinese dancing on a Tuesday night was a wonderful experience the ambience of the poolside dining was simply beautiful?

Happy hour and 2.45 bintangs were the winner for my hubby and the location was great - we were used to walking on our holiday so enjoyed the stroll out of the back gate. The back gate closing at 6pm initially i thought was an inconvenience but a short and cheap taxi ride home was no issue when needed.

Clean rooms and extremely friendly staff! Loved the convenience of being supplied water and a travel adapter along with mosquito spray even though it wasn't required for our stay - the resort obviously cares abd thinks of their patrons beyond needing a bed to sleep in. My son loved coming back daily to the different towel animals. Will be back again very soon.

Not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are great but the pool area is not 4 star. Not enough sunbeds. Breakfast and diner are poorly. Prices for it too high. Also location is not great. Must be better hotels in the area.

The sign of this hotel can't be seen clearly at night. I got lost when trying to reach this hotel. You should put the bright sign so everyone will notice easily.

Amazing service and amenities. Especially for the kids. Big rooms and very luxurious. On a main road but they have a back gate that allows you to walk to shops and restaurants easily and safely.

Wonderful customer service, rooms and facilities. This hotel caters for all ages with a gym, wonderful buffet breakfast, two pools ( and an amazing slide) and so much more. All of the workers are friendly and ready to help. Love this area, the location is great and I will definitely be coming back.
