The Kuta Lagoon staff are super friendly and helpful. I've visited KL on three occassions, the last with my two year old. I probably wouldn't go there again with a two year old or at least stay in a pool access room with her (tiles are VERY slippery). But I will definitely be back. The atmosphere is lovely.

We stayed here as an overnighter before going to a villa. The place was good value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was fine except the floors were insanely slippery when people were wet from the pool that was on the edge of the rooms. Anyone with young kids or who like a cheeky drink or two may be in for a couple of stacks!

This place is at the centre. Normal rooms are also connected by the pool. The private villa with pool is also amazing but if they clean the pool alternate days then it is nothimg like that.. Cafe. Barsand other souvenir shops are easily accessible.. staff is friendly and nice.. quiet and amazing place. There is also an Indian restaurant name queens 20 minutes by walk from kuta.

Nice for the price. We had a villa for the week. Private pool. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. Small issue, coffee machine should be replaced by a kettle. Close to everything. Would stay again if I could wake up and make my own coffee. Coffee bars nearby so not a massive issue.

Room was a quite big attached with small terrace. A bit far from the beach but good for taking time and rest in the resort. Staffs were really kind and helpful.
Massage and food, convenience stores it was comfortable stay and I would like to stay again in next time.

The Kuta Lagoon Resort is a bit old now and it's hard to hide it (our room had a CRT TV that we didn't bother to use). Our room wasn't at the pool and was quite dark during the day with only one window and limited sunshine. Towels were a bit old, but clean. Same for the bed.
Staff was friendly and helpful though. Room service gave us fresh bottles of water and clean towels daily. The pools were nice too and it was great just relaxing by or in the pool with a drink.
The hotel is situated right by Legian street that's full of shops, bars and restaurants. Just a few minutes walk away from Kuta and Legian beach.

A nice cosy yet comfortable stay option situated in one of the most happening area of Bali. Ample eateries, cafes, restaurants, clubs,shops, spas in the vicinity. You enjoy the peace and tranquillity inside the hotel yet whenever you wish you could be a part of a crowd in no time 😀

Rooms are very basic window with no view, no kettle to make cuppa etc , Breakfast quality is very good in my opinion and I've been eating it the last 8 days. Staff are very friendly. Close to everything, would stay again.

Stayed here for 7 days. So far so good. Every staff is friendly. They will refresh the rooms everyday dont need you to tell them. The only downside is our room on the second floor second wing has a window but no view. so.. it kinda defeats the purpose really BUT then they made a cake for my hubs birthday in secret (and its on the house) so i would give them 5 stars for being really attentive!

very disappointed. rooms were very basic even tho we got a deluxe pool villa. not happy my dad paid for room service on the night but didnt take a receipt. they took advantage of this and tried to say he owed money for room service and made him pay the bill before checkout. he definitely did pay and the staff knew he didn't ask for a receipt. had no choice but to pay and they had his credit card details so what can you do? will never come back here! what a horrible way to end a holiday. we got scammed

Great. Stay there regularly. Ground floor rooms step straight into pool, not small child friendly the only downside. Food is great. Staff friendly. Rooms clean comfortable great rates.
