Booked a Batam Tour through Fave app. 1 of the places to stay was Allium Hotel. Very good service. I complained about pool not operating before heading out for a walk. Came back, 3 hours later, was repaired and working. Has complementary buffet breakfast, is a 4 star hotel and is very clean. Would recommend to stay here.

Great hotel with huge, nice and clean room. You're greeted with great staff who are friendly and helpful. At the lobby there is complimentary cinnamon ice tea for you to help yourself to at anytime, it was definitely refreshing on a hot sunny day.

Overall it was a good experience. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. We got the two bedroom apartment and it was not bad- though if you are a light sleeper, be prepared to hear some water constantly dripping which can affect your sleep. Our room was 2404.
The only event that marred the whole trip was when my friend found out her diamond earing prongs were proded apart to retrieve the diamond. Her earings were kept in her toiletries bag thus the only way this could have happen was if a person looked through the bag and saw it.
Unfortunately, this was only found out when we were back. But definitely a damper to a hotel which we thought not bad.

This hotel located in Panorama Nagoya Complex in Batam. It is yet an old hotel but still looks good and comfortable. Offers strategic and easy access to various popular places in Batam, this hotel also friendly in term of budget. The location is also very easy to notice from normal traffic. The food/breakfast offered is good enough. Also, the staff is friendly and have good manner. When you check in, you will be offered with welcome drink, usually tea. The parking area is spacy enough. Overall, it is a good hotel to choose while you are in Batam.

Additional review about the wifi offered free for the customer, it is fast enough! Thumbs up.

We stayed 2 nights in the 2-bedroom apartment. It was big, spacious, and generally clean (except the kitchen). The room came with a water dispenser for hot, room temperature and cold water, which was really useful. However, amenities in the room/hotel were quite old (e.g. slow lifts, stained chairs, cracked floors, cupboard doors do not roll open smoothly, water leaked into the room when it rained) and would have been a bonus if there was also a microwave available. Breakfast buffet was decent, although most of the menu was repeated on both mornings. The Indonesian food was particularly good. Location of the hotel is great. Only a short drive away from Harbour Bay and Nagoya.

Location was good as it's pretty close to Nagoya and the spa places. The hotel gave us a free upgrade to the large room which was much appreciated. It was huge with 3 bedrooms, a study, kitchen, huge living space, dining area and 5 toilets. It was slightly old but if you're looking to hold a huge group it's comfortable enough that it wouldn't really matter. There was a water dispenser with hot and cold water in the room too which was great. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay.

The hotel had just been refurbished and looks better. Staff from all departments were friendly and helpful.Food and breakfast considered nice and good but not much variety. Place near to night market, wet market and massage parlour. Restaurant available near by. Just walking distance. Security of the hotel is enormous high rated.

Good location for one day tour with friendly concierge that can arrange transport for you easily. Breakfast is reasonable but one shortfall was the room was not so clean for the bedsheets, towels but amentities were good with complimentary bottled water.

My family stayed in executive deluxe room.

Good points:
- Huge room
- Clean
- Very nice staff

Bad points:
- Air con not working properly throughout the stay. Didnt have air con on the second night from 9pm to 1am. Even when aircon was working, it was not cold at all despite setting at 16 degrees.
- Bath tub stopper spoilt. Have to repair myself.
- Loud noises/music on second night. There was some 10km run event going on. So the loud music started since 5am to after 10am. Unable to sleep as it was really too loud.
- bedsheet has small hole (not an issue though)

This is my first stay with Allium Hotel, hosted by a local friend. I specifically want to mention that, in front of the hotel, is an area called Jodoh by the locals. During the day time, it's a day market when you can buy all sorts of vegetables, uncool food etc. And, by night, it's turned into a pasar malam (night market) where you can find all sorts of stall selling clothings, household equipment, electronic items etc. As for the hotel itself, I'm impressed with the friendly customer service and their impeccable command of English. Not many here can speak good English, and those is something that troubled me during my initial visits. But, at Allium, you will not encounter such issue at all.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Customer service from the front staff to the cleaning staff were very welcoming and polite. A cake was also provided when we mentioned that it was someone's birthday. Amenities-wise, everything was very modern and new compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms were very decently furnished and comfortable. The location is also great as it is near to the harbor and malls. Overall would highly recommend.

Hotel staff were friendly and pleasant. The room are big and clean. Surrounding area have a Pasar Malam (Night Market) and a short distance walk to Nagoya Hill Mall. Overall it was a fun and en enjoyable stay.
