The position of the hotel is very good, it's easy access to many public transport options and it a 30 min walk to the city center.
Regarding the acoomodation,the rooms are fairly big and mostly clean; at least the essentials - bead sheets, sink, bathtub and toilet but the rest of the room is not thoruwly cleaned ( we hand some spider web on the corner that seemed to almost bled in with the decoration). Also the bathroom has no ventilation so the hot air and smell will get into the room.
The breakfast is quite diverse however for two days the vegetables were dry.
I agree the price is not that high but their standard on quality is very low on some aspects.response / report this review -

el cheapo communist era hotel with dirty carpets and worn furniture. Buffey breakfast is fine though.
top floor windows has poor sound isolation and you are going to hear traffic noise from the street all night. Or even worse wind and/or rain banging on a metal roofresponse / report this review -

A nice hotel for people with low budget. The fiod is really good and the rooms are the good size. The hotel has his own bar and restaurant. The service is always good. It's nearby the centrum of Budapest with view off the city.

In my opinion the hotel can not be four star hotel. My bathroom was not clean, the receptionists of the hotel was not kind at all, they were rude and unhelpful.

Nice place and excellent location. The train station is right next to it. The staff is nice and always willing to help. The room walls are a little thin, so you might here your neighbours if they aren't the quite kind.

Bed sheets were dirty, old toilets and dirty also I complained and got a different room that had the same problem, only difference was that the toilet seat was new in the second room, i paid less at a different hotel and services were 10 times better The only good thing is the location of the hotel whiches near the train station

The location was pretty convenient and there was a lot of food nearby. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Rooms are clean and the hotel was quiet.

Great location! A stone’s throw distance from Budapest Keleti railway station. But prompt room service and smiling faces in the lobby will go a long way in quashing second thoughts about a return visit.

The hotel building seems very old inside and out but the room was clean. It claims to be a four star hotel but there wasn't even soap in the room apart from one of those wallmounts in the shower. There is lots of personal in the lobby that are all very service oriented. Holding doors, getting your suitcase etc
