Pricey beyond any reasonable value. Too far for a reasonable walk to 'tourist' sights. We stayed here for 3 nights following a river cruise. 'Nice' hotel, but the city is full of better choices.

This is one of the most beautiful hotel I have ever been. The lobby is magnificent and beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and cleaned to perfection. The staff is always polite and efficient

Really comfortable hotel at reasonable rates. I paid for a club room and was upgraded to an executive suite. It had 2 bathrooms, a really big dressing room and nice size sitting and bedrooms. Furnishings were new and comfortable. Service was excellent. I paid for buffet breakfast with the room - it was a good way to start the day. There were lots of food choices.

Location was great everything within walking distance. All the staff very helpful. The spa was great but the main pool was a bit cold. Probably the most beauiful city if you have not been. Enjoy :)

Great hotel with good service, ranging from the concierge services, room service to day trip planning. Good location, but not prime location in respect to the riverside or main shopping districts. Sightseeing definitely requires a hop on hop off bus tour or taxi's to get to the some main spots.

The massage service in this bar is relaxing and pleasant. The swimming pool is also very enjoyable. For some reason the front desk Staff had not been trained to treat the clientele in the way that most people who use such luxurious hotels as the Corinthian are you used to. Don't pay any attention to their manner . My check in person, Dora made the experience of paying for the services reminiscent of going through the mortgage process with an unfriendly bank. Ironically these young peopke are clearly trained to smile and act pleasant as they make your experience of signing in for the spa a real ordeal. Like visiting a Dickensian lawyer. But please let me repeat / the massages were great. Not cheap. But relaxing

The most beautiful hotel I've ever been in. Amazing service. They gave us a room on the 4th floor during a heat wave, it was a little too warm even with the A/C. They very quickly moved us to a room on the 1st floor (which was much cooler) after I asked them to switch rooms. They did not put up any fuss, and even sent a bellboy within one minute to move our bags to the new room. The pool is absolutely fabulous. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. They are even on WhatsApp so you can just text them anything you need without calling the front desk.

Excellent room with very tasteful marble based decor in the bathroom offering seperate bath and shower cubicle optionality. The hotel has an understated elegant aura about it, with plenty of natural lighting, neutral coloured marble, complimented by lovely piano melodies throughout the evenings. The staff are very attentive to the guest's needs and polite. The executive lounge is well worth it, offering good value. Finally, the spa and pool facility were very pleasing on the eye, however the pool and jacuzzi can be a little warmer. Timing is key to ensure you enjoy your time spent at the health facility.

Hotel has a wonderful character and charm centrally located with fantastic facilities and great service. Staff very attentive and professional it's perfect. What isn't perfect is the fact that despite the cost of your stay nothing is complimentary not even water. The rooms have a min bar which is not free. But be careful the wine and water on the table looks as if you can help yourself but it is NOT complimentary. The rooms are lovely but despite asking for firmer pillows I still got terrible soft fill ones lets the hotel down.

Le Bar has great atmosphere and good background music. Service mostly good. Wider selection of snack perhaps would be better. Overall worth having a peaceful minute or two spent here.

I splurged a little to stay here but Expedia had a sale so I figured I would treat myself on my last night of a 2 week European trip. I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in the hotel staff were helpful and wonderful. The spa in this hotel is AMAZING. If you're staying in this hotel don't even both going to any of the other thermal baths because this one is clean and beautiful. It wasn't as warm as the Gellert, where I also went but that doesn't matter. I got into the pool no problem and I usually take forever getting into pools. The jacuzzi pools were comfy too. I didn't even use the saunas but they looked lovely. I will definitely be returning to this hotel if I come back to Budapest. I can't recommend it enough.

Really nice hotel in the heart of the city. It's a great place to organise events. I was here for a conference and everything was excellent. The food was delicious and varied, although I haven't noticed a lot of vegetarian dishes. The rooms were clean and large. The entire hotel had a great ambience.

Amazing 5-star hotel with the customer service to match! We stayed in the apartments and while disconnected from the rest of the hotel, they were both spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, dining area, and washer with drying rack. They even remembered we were celebrating a birthday with a bottle of bubbly and a cake that was chocolate perfection.
The spa here is really a highlight! It is housed in an historic bath house with vaulted ceilings embedded with stained glass. The whole experience feels serene and luxurious. The gym, however, is too small for the amount of people using it.
The breakfast buffet is also superb. The entertainment in the lobby is wonderful. And the history of the place is amazing. Be sure to check out the small exhibit in the back of the lobby detailing it's different uses throughout the years.
Last but not least, every guest should take the hotel tour with the manager. It happens a few times a week in the morning, and it's a wonderfully colorful way to get to know the place. The manager has been working here since the hotel opened!response / report this review -

Loved it!! Everyone has been nice. Hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL! Superior King is comfortable and spacious. Came for a week getaway with my boyfriend and totally enjoyed ourselves. They have 2 restaurants and a bar. Turn down service with daily treats and great bath products for your daily use. Would definitely stay here again. Location is also great!! We stepped out on tje town several nights and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and sights to see nearby.
