Good situation. Transport stations in front of the hotel. The room was very small for two persons, and also the bathroom, but at least it was clean. The breakfast was very basic and simple. This is not a 4 stars hotel. It's like a 2 or 3.

Stayed here for 5 nights, lovely hotel, nice staff, ok for breakfast if you like sliced meats and cheeses, central to buses, metro and trains, has to get its carpets cleaned, very busy place, don't go by all the reviews, if your wanting a bed and shower and a quick bite to eat in morning, it's fine . We are Scottish so weren't really up to the breakfast x but when we go back to Budapest, we're booking this hotel again,

The hotel is just a few steps away from the metro, a minutes walk from the main train station. The hotel is 3 metro stops away from the centre. There are also regular trams from the side of the hotel. Location is good. Rooms are spacious with most having little balconies. Check out is early, 11 am, but they have a free luggage room to use if needed.

The room was very small (not even a chair to sit on) as well as bathroom and shower. Good location, friendly staff. Not a four star hotel in my opinion but probably worth the money invested.

Pros: location is very good, have access to shopping mall and food chains, railway and bus station. Good enough breakfast but the menu is always the same. there is a small fridge in the room as well as a small safe (with no instructions on how to use it!) Reception was responsive and cooperative when we showed them that they gave us wrong room type. Rooms have bath tub. All staff know English to a good extent. You can adjust air conditioning in your room and the temperature was well adjusted. They quickly changed the lamp when we reported that it has burnt out.
Cons: Everything else that you want from a hotel. They have very noisy guests and the reception didn't do anything about it. The carpet is dirty, floor is not wiped or vacuum cleaned. when you put on the door the sign to clean the room they don't change the sheets even after your third day of staying in that room!!! They don't necessarily change towels and you should specifically ask for it! there is no kitchen of any kind in rooms, so no electric kettle or microwave. you only get a body shampoo mounted on the wall that you should use for shower and washing your hands, there is no separate dispenser and you should go over the tub to get soap! Only 1 elevator worked during our one week stay and despite the number of guests/customers they had. Elevator does not go to 7th floor. there are not enough power socket in the room and they arebfar from bed side, so you should put your cellphone far from your bed.response / report this review -

The rooms are relatively small, but the bathroom is great. The included breakfast is also really good, an excellent selection of food.

Very central location (opp. Budapest Keleti Palyaudvar), the hotel rooms are basic but clean and tidy, however slightly dated (my room was 414). Hotel staff were friendly and spoke good English, and the breakfast was good, and I enjoyed the more local offerings, but had hoped for maybe a toast machine or something.

I ok if you need somewhere to sleep. Is situated in a good part of the city. Close to the train station. Staff are quite friendly.
