Location is good but the hotel is not 4* hotel. The only thing it counts under those stars is free wifi. Room is not clean, bathroom is not clean, staff is indifferent towards guests. Definetly not a 4* hotel.

This hotel is pretty good. In other words you get what you paid for. But, it is a part of the big chain, it's relatively clean. Rooms are pretty spacious. It's located in a very quiet area. The train station is right across off it. Gas station is on a side as well. Two tiny food stores are only 10 mins away. If you get lucky you'll get a room with city view and the higher level room is the better the view.

The hotel is a bitvdated but its still lovely. Friendly staff and very helpful. It's a shame the breakfast is not up to standard. Worth staying but don't pay for breakfast.

At 11 o'clock on Saturday night concierge informed me in a rather stiff manner that there is no possibility to get me a cup of hot water even though I was willing to pay for it. Not to mention the fact that the hotel is not equipped, according to the concierges, in basic appliances that are necessary for the majority of guests, i.e. an iron. The only nice part of the experience is a very picturesque panorama of Budapest.

Not even close to 4-stars! Air conditioner doesnt work, try to sleep at nights when there is 40 degrees warm, not going to happened.

Breakfast is a big joke. 12 euros per person, allways same each morning, everything else is better than that. Eat your breakfast somewhere else!!

Only the view at the window was nice :D

Old room and furniture, unsupportive staff, unprofessional bedding, broken elevator, we had to walk down from the 12th floor with all of the bags, broken toilet, and ignoring repair request. An awful place, actually the worst I have ever been.

The room's furniture is just old, my bed was bad. The staff are not honest (we are asking how to get public transport ticket, he offered to buy from him but you can walk outside, just opposite to the hotel, you can get a ticket from vending machine)

Very old fashioned. Terribly needs some renovation - the furniture is worn down, carpets are dirty. My room smelled terrible of cigarette smoke.

Room was good and the hotel in general was nice, however it was busy at the time and the lifts couldn't handle the large number of people, so most of the time we had to walk up and down 10 or more floors using the stairs.
