Customer service was great. We had a broken window in our room but we got a new room. Location is really good. There are good restaurants and bars near. Also, breakfast is really good at hotel.

Comfortable, very good service, excellent breakfast. However from my point of view, there are two disadvantages: 1. Elevator - extremely slow, very small, and even to get breakfast you need to use room card. To get down sometimes you have to wait 10mins. 2. Windows - most of them face courtyard, you have to close very carefully the curtains, to make sure that no one is watching.

Solid 4 star hotel. The rooms were a good size and very clean. Wi-fi is free but could be a little faster. Location was great.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are well equipped and clean. The street side is loud even with closed windows. The breakfast in general is very good, but when the hotel is full, is it getting a bit tricky.

Not enough for 130 euros/night!
It's a 4-star house and it's and okay hotel. But there's a couple things that just shouldn't be like that. Rooms are okay - but look a bit careless in decoration. Bath is okay. Super mini gym (not a gym actually). The bed consists of actually 2 single beds - if which one is clearly more preferred by guests as the mattress is pretty done - while the other mates is almost like new.
They have a pillow menu. GUYS! IF YOU HAVE A PILLOW MENU, THEN MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE THE PILLOWS!!! I asked for pillows with goose downs. They came with 2 completely regular ones made of polyester..
And when you ask for a bathrobe (none I'm the room) you'll get slippers. 😂

One of the two elevators wasn't working for the whole stay. This is not really acceptable for a 9 floors hotel, expecially in the morning. Everything else was nice

Good hotel, however a bit dated. Nice large rooms with shower, however. Rooms may be a bit noisy - however, its not that bad. Taxi-reservations from one day to another is not always on par. Will stay here again, though!

Great centrally located hotel 2 minutes walk from metro st.
5 minute walk to Danube or basilica,
Hotel well maintained, rooms spacious & clean with air con or heating
Situated on busy road so ask for room not on the front of the building.
Good selection for breakfast and food of good quality hot & cold somthing for everyone.
