the best apartment in the town. The room is spacious and modern. The location is perfect, you can walk to tram stop and metro station just few minutes. Supermarket, groceries, cafes, restaurants are around the corner. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi also good enough, even though you have to share it with public. Their staff really helpful and fast respond, super!! I will recommend this property to my friends.

Nice flats, affordable close to town and with a spa facility.
Down to the details it's another story: telly wasn't working even after they came twice to fix it, internet was very sketchy in the bedroom and had to connect to the wifi of the next door neighbour most of the time. Cleaning every other day but not very thorough and didn't change the bed sheets first time or properly clean floor. Also bedroom side table light was dead. They did suggest another flat but too much of an hassle to move everything (long stay) nice location but the service doesn't justify the price.

Nice rooms with all the facilities you need for a holiday. It's really close to everything else in the city and has a bunch of places to eat on the doorstep. There's also a good sized gym & swimming pool if that's your kind of thing.

Awful place! The rooms smell like someone was smoking there the whole day and I've never seen towels smell so much chloride. Staff is unhelpful and for the same price you can get way better accommodation in Budapest. I don't recommend this place for anyone. important: there are some 4 different companies under the same address, the one I'm talking about is called budapest holiday apartments & spa

My sisters and I were really impressed with the City Gardens Apartments last weekend. Our apartment was modern, comfortable, clean and spacious with a good bathroom and kitchen although we didn't need the kitchen - there are great restaurants around every corner. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful - top marks! It is excellent value as well. We will return.
