  Great location, clean, friendly and helpful people. I got exacly what I paid for and I've nothing to complain about. Recommended if you aren't looking for fancy stuff.

  Had a couple days here and I would like to recommend it with following pros and cons.
  
  Pros
  - great location with metro station right at the hotel door
  - clean room and hotel
  - friendly and welcoming people at the reception and the breakfast room
  - water, coffee and apples in the room, included
  - bath and shampoo products are very good
  
  Cons
  - very tiny room, couldn’t even walk around the bed which is really an issue
  - bed is way too soft which is not comfortable
  - some noise due to the big road
  
  Overall i think you can enjoy your stay here though not perfect.

  Amazing location with shopping areas and subways in the area. Rooms are big and staff is very helpful however the bathrooms are too small and the entrance is hard to find.

  Nice little hotel in one floor of apartment building. Beds and pillows were outdated but otherwise service was good.

  Good central location, close to different mass transportations. I don't think it meets the 3* standards. Old, fairly run down building, not exactly clean.

  Staff are very freindly and helpful. Location is great as the metro is few steps away and many tourist attractions are nearby. This place is very quite and rooms are comfortable to stay and to have good sleep.

  L'albergo si trova in una posizione fantastica, in pieno centro e con la fermata della metro fuori dal portone. Il palazzo è antico e le camere sono abbastanza grandi e offrono una vista bellissima su palazzi pieni di fascino. La colazione è abbondante anche se servita in una piccola sala e tutto il personale è cortese. Purtroppo la prima sera di soggiorno abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio che correva sulla moquette della nostra stanza e questo ha inciso profondamente sulla valutazione di questa struttura. Peccato, non potrei mai consigliarla

  We had mistakenly booked two different hotels in Budapest a day in advance of our trip, so we had to cancel one of them. I asked the staff at Leo Panzio to refund our reservation which they did quickly and without any fuss, even though it was past the cancellation deadline. They were very kind and helpful.
